The local Nola dealership couldn't service my car for 3 months, but Baton Rouge was able to get me in! The showroom is lovely to wait in and based on my needs, I was in and out within a hour. She made everything easy and so friendly! While I waited, I was able to chat with TERRANCE in sales about vehicles and he was so gracious and incredibly informative about the crazy market of low inventory. Thank you! I had traveled to Baton to help my son get settled for another semester at LSU when I ran over a nail. Being 7 1/2 hours from home and my usual dealership made me nervous, but Valeria and the rest of the another semester at LSU when I ran over a nail. Being 7 1/2 hours from home and my usual dealership made me nervous, but Valeria and the rest of the crew at Paretti relieved my anxiety. We are a military family, so we move a lot and sometimes we find that we aren't treated as well at the dealership if we didn't buy our vehicle there, but that is not the case at Paretti and I thank you for that! The entire team was warm and welcoming, they got to work on my car quickly and had her ready to get safely back on the road so I could return home.
