There are many reasons to complaint about this service, but I just want to point out some of them: First, the service department couldn't find my extended warranty information in the system even though th but I just want to point out some of them: First, the service department couldn't find my extended warranty information in the system even though the finance department confirmed that it is there, and both services and sales (finances) operates in the same building. Alex Vargas, one of the customer service associate, told me that it is not his job to confirm that information. So i asked myself why two different department that operate in the same building they don't exchange information each other. the only reason what i went to Paramus Hyundai service is because i bought my car in that location and I thought that any information would flow faster. Second reason, my car was making noises when I started the car. This happened from the beginning, but it wasn't too loud after one week they fixed my car for another problem the first time; they couldn't find any problem about it so they didn't do anything. However i had been receiving mails from them about 3K service schedule approaching. Thus, i decided to fix both problem the same day. I called to notify them that I wanted them to fix that problem too. The day of my appointment arrived, I drop off my car and told Alex Vargas that this is the second time that i come her to fix this problem. he said that the first time they didn't see anything wrong with that. So I had to wait until my car cool down to prove him that I was saying the truth. I could prove it and then I left. After 6 hours, i could pick up my car but Alex Vargas didn't give me any receipt for my car reparation and the 3K service. He told that he couldn't finish the documentation because he needed some sales approvals, so next business day he would send them to me. Well those papers never arrived. I called them repetitively to ask for this documentation but neither Alex Vargas or the manager, Mike Scala called me back. I don't know if they lied to me about the 3K service but it is really weird that a certified service company works without receipts. Finally, I have a problem with a brake light in the left side that will not turn off sometimes Hyundai of Paramus service has checked two times with out a successful result. They affirm that it is related with the remote start that I got from them. However, since they hired a third party to install it they cannot fix it. Anyway I do not mind if they did it by themselves or hired another company. I just want my car work properly. At this moment I still has this problem and they do not call me to tell when they are going to fix it. It was the worse experience ever. More

My husband and I originally came in to replace a lost key to our Sonata never thinking we would walk out with a 2013 Azera (which we had been eyeing for sometime). As we were walking out one of the managers mentioned that instead of buying another key could they interest us in purchasing a new car. At that time Jefferson Palau, who sold us our 2009 Sonata, approached us but since he had a customer he introduced us to Brian. We mentioned to Brian that we were interested in the Azera, but were weren't too optimistic as the Azera was always over our budget. Brian assured us that he would give us the best deal. With our trade-in we were able to negotiate a price that worked for us and our budget. Brian was a pleasure to deal with as he listened to what wanted, was patient, very knowledgeable of the car and did not waste our time. When we decided to go through with the deal he made sure we did not waste anymore time than we had spent and got us out as fast as he could. I would not hesitate to refer Brian and your dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Hyundai. More

They came up with things to fix that I never heard of when I owned over vehicles and I've been driving for 34 years. When you refuse something they offer they will reduce the price. This only means that they overcharge on everything they do. I will be getting rig of Hyundai and will never see this dealer again. More
Went to Hyundai Paramus to change oil. They wasn't able to find my appointment which I've made a day before. The result is 2.5 hours in waiting for regular oil change. The price is another story. I was told that it's gonna cost $35. The invoice was for $78 to change regular oil at Hyundai Santa Fe. They included $14 for 'fluid disposal'. Why do I have to care about that stuff? The final price tag after discounts was $45. I'd better change oil in a small workshop across the street. The staff was very friendly though. More
Ms. Ramaglia was very unfriendly and rude. As a professional service advisor, she did not act professionally and was very unclear about the prices for their services. Her recommendations did not fully meet my needs and it only showed how they prioritize their sales instead of providing a great quality of customer service. It was my first time bringing my girlfriend's car in for service and it most likely it will be my last. Avoid the trouble. Look somewhere else where you and your car can be treated with respect. More

I've been bringing my car to this dealership for service since day 1 and I have NEVER had a bad service or my service advisor Annie. If there's a problem, they fix it. I can't say enough good things about them especially Annie and Elliot. I had a mechanical problem over this past weekend and stressed myself sick over it because I need my car for work and to pick/drop my daughter off to school. I bought it in first thing Monday morning and Annie helped me right away and assured me the problem would be fixed by the end of the day, and at 3:00 I was told it was fixed. Customer service doesn't get better than this!! More
I brought my girlfriends car in this weekend after not being able to get it repaired correctly at two other auto shops. Tony was real helpful and made us feel comfortable by not only explaining how my car works, but also explaining the procedure on checking it and completing the repair. We got a breakdown of what we needed to do as well as what other suggestions that he had and at all times, he made sure we understood all of our options. I even listened as he took the info from the mechanic and translated into a language that we understood when he explained it to us. This guy knows his stuff and also helped answer my questions about my other car. The car was ready when promised at the accurate price that I was quoted with no suprises which is not what we had expected based on my experience with other shops. We actually had a good experience having our car repaired. I don't know why its so hard for other places to get it right but these guys sure did. Thanks Tony. More
My experience with Hyundai of Paramus has been great, from the customer service, sales representatives, and most important to me is the service of the dealership. The car runs great; the service staff that maintains my Hyundai should be commended for their knowledge, skill and talent. For me the face of Route 4 Hyundai is Annie, she is the perfect picture of customer friendly. She knows you by name greets you like family and definitely knows your car and what is needed. Annie is the face of Paramus Route 4 Hyundai and the reason my Hyundai is only serviced and cared for by the dealership. Wouldn't go any where else. Joe D More
