Very disappointing I leased a '15 Genesis from Paramus Hyundai the day I attended the NY Auto Show. The pricing seemed fair and the car is absolutely FABULOUS. The car was delivered with trunk and hood ornaments that are after market add-ons that don't have the Hyundai logo and add an exceptionally classy look. BOTH WERE APPLIED CROOKED. Let me tell you it takes an act of Congress to get this corrected. They contract with an outside vendor that is only available on a limited basis. There's not enough room here to give all the details of what a nuisance it still is to get this corrected. During this time it was quite easy to see how generic and 'highway' like this dealership is. I was told that they own the dealership on Rte.17 and 1 other dealership. I plan to get my service from another owner and a friend said the service is much better in Rockland County. Although somewhat out of the way I'm going there. The morale of the employees seems poor in both the sales and service areas. I will be contacting Hyundai regarding my disappointing experience. For such a great car they would benefit from having better representatives that don't diminish the experience. More
...first service visit...nothing but good expirience. ...My first service visit was pleasant and fast...service writers, specially Joe, was well informed and provided me with oportunities to save money, l ...My first service visit was pleasant and fast...service writers, specially Joe, was well informed and provided me with oportunities to save money, like the "oil change club" and provided future discounts for service visits in the future....techs appear to know their work well, they are fast an precise..I spent 1 hour or so..pleasant waiting area...prices appear to be at par with other dealers besides I bought the Santa Fe from them and I was pleased with their sales dept (YES!!!..pleased....).Their service levels are top. Contrary to others opinions I found this dealer to be fair on their practices, prices and service all around and I buy vehicles every 3 to 4 years. Like I always said, everyone has to eat and what they sell you at service deptmnt you get..is up to us, the customer, to buy it or not...good job guys...I will see you in another 5k miles.. More

They have mistake service after that I had to go there two times or Three Times. No acknowledge. I am not recomend service to everyone Rt 4 Paramus service center Perfectly. Apparently, You will regret chioce. Do not go. More

Took advantage of My son took my 2014 Sonata car in for a tire repair that was covered by insurance and was taken advantage of when they up sold him a 15000.00 mile ser My son took my 2014 Sonata car in for a tire repair that was covered by insurance and was taken advantage of when they up sold him a 15000.00 mile service for over $1200!!!! Showed the bill to another dealer to find out how much the service should have been, They said hope you did not go to Paramus they up sell everyone that are not knowledgeable about cars. They said that he need a A/C flush for 232.17 a Nitrogen tire fill for 80.86 ( did not come with car to start free air was good enough) That is to name a few of the up sell. Called to complain spoke to the service manager about it and was very disappointed with her answer. Sorry we can't do anything!!! I was not looking for a full refund I was looking to be discounted the unnessary service that they said they performed If you are reading this I would strongly recommend to go to another Hyundai dealer. More
