Great price, horrible post sales Purchased a new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate with tech package on 8/17/18. My sales rep was Ian Kaufman (no longer with dealership). Sale wa Purchased a new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Ultimate with tech package on 8/17/18. My sales rep was Ian Kaufman (no longer with dealership). Sale was effortless, post sales not so good. The dealership incorrectly entered my delivery date of 6/30 vs an actual delivery date of 8/17. Easy to fix right? NO! This mistake has me two lacking months of warranty and two months short of Bluelink, and my Sirius XM subscription. Dealership was useless. Paramus Hyundai's mistake was corrected by Hyundai USA customer service after I called the President. I had to send a copy of my title, bill of sale, and odometer statement. Never again. Stay away from this dealership. More

Friendly staff greeted me and my salesman, Iggi, invited me to sit at his desk. Iggi worked with me on which vehicle best suited my needs and and we agreed on a price to fit my budget. Throughout the process, he gave very thorough explainations of the various packages and features being offered. I test drove the Elantra SE and was pleased with it. We were able to get the paperwork taken care of and I picked up my new car a few days later. More

Deal breake I had been shopping around for a new car for a short time. Once we walked in and met Iggi I immediately had a good vibe. He made me laugh and was knowledgeable and very patient. I was already interested in your cars but Iggi was the deal breaker. He sold me on a different model that I am extremely happy with. If not for him, I may have moved on that day. More

They got my registration suspended I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a Hyundai Kona in May 2018. The first issue I had was upon the purchase one stipulation w I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a Hyundai Kona in May 2018. The first issue I had was upon the purchase one stipulation was that they were to pain the roof black. On the first attempt of me bringing the car in they failed to have a rental ready and were unable to get one so we rescheduled. On the second attempt they failed to have a car ready and also informed me it would take longer than originally planned and that I would have to pay for the rental. After they failed at getting a car they offered me 500$ (way below the cost of the paint) to just “be done with it.” Second issue was I was supposed to have my plates transferred to the new car from my old car. They accidentally got me new plates and asked me to take them until they could complete the transfer. After me hassling them for 2 and a half months about my plates they finally did the transfer. However because of how long it took and something they did in the system I got a message from NY DMV my registration had been suspended. They were absolutely no help in trying to rectify the situation when all I needed from them was a letter head stating I returned the car to them the day I purchased the Hyundai. To top it all off the salesman Eric offered me 6 free oil changes only if I have him all 5s in the survey. The customer service is terrible. They forced me to take days off work and put me only through inconveniences once I got the car. If I could give them a negative I would. More
