What a disgrace. Leased a Genesis G80 for my elderly parents. Most expensive car on the floor, promised royal service to compete with other luxury brands like Lexus, BMW etc. The car was delivered missing Floor mats, SD card for Navigation and bracket for plates. After few weeks they finally mailed the SD card regular mail and arrived 2 weeks later, 5 weeks without navigation (UPS was too expensive for them). I kept asking about the plate bracket, they said it would be mailed together with the plates. A day before the temporary plate expired the plates arrived without the bracket. I called the dealer, they said; “Oh well, you have to come back to the service department to have it installed.” I said, “The temp is expiring tonight, in NY you get a ticket instantly.” They coldly said, “Nothing we can do, you have to come in". After a week back and forth conversations I called them to set an appointment to come in. I asked them to have the part ready to install, my father (who BTW is a cancer patient) will come in at 11am. They said, “Sure will have him out in 15 minutes.” Guess what; he drove out there and they didn’t have the bracket in stock. 5 weeks after delivery and knowing they have to install it, after forcing us to come all the way from Brooklyn NY. They just laughed in his face. I called the manager John, he had the guts to tell me “if your father is sick why didn’t you come, why did you let your father drive all the way up here?” What??? Is this an excuse? What difference does it make who drives out there? How disrespectful and rude. The salesman who sold us the car, out of embarrassment quit his job right then and there (pity him). To date we are driving this car with an expired Temp plate risking a ticket any time. And the floor mats? They said “when you come in we will give you one, we are not spending $20 for UPS”. That was the answer, for a luxury car supposedly competing with Lexus and BMW. Don’t step foot in this place, as soon as you drive out, you are a laughing stock to them. Genesis HQ: if you read this review; This dealership does not deserve to sell this brand, they will ruin it in a heartbeat. Just X them out. More

Brian was the salesman who I dealt with directly and ultimately why I decided to lease through them. Service was great. No high pressure sales tactics. Straight forward conversation that was honest about what they could offer. After lease was complete he also gave direct contact info and chased on any pending docs or registrations. Was a very good experience and I’d recommend this dealership and Brian to anyone interested in a Hyundaii. will def be using Brian for any vehicles in the future. More
Poor, unprofessional service I used to service my car at Paramus Hyundai. I always leave the car clean and shiny and always get it back dirty. With oily handprints on the body, stains of liquids under the hood, footprints and handprints inside. But last time (beginning of January) they also scratched the body during service. I immediately reported it to manager, She promised to contact me and repair the damage. Almost 4 months later she still did not contact me and damage is not repaired. Cheap, unprofessional, unfriendly service. Keep away from Paramus Hyundai. I posted the above review at the end of April. Of course that manager never contacted me. But after April"s review other manager wrote to me and promised to repair the damage. Of course, it ended with a promise. I did not hear from her since June. Almost ten months after my visit damage is not repaired and no one feels responsible. My recommendation did not change: CHEAP, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. KEEP AWAY FROM PARAMUS HYUNDAI. More

This readily applies to my experience with Iggy. He was most gracious, friendly, jovial and patient. I never felt pressured, rather I felt re-assured throughout the process. Fast forward 6 months and I have been given the run around regarding service for the car. Tried on two separate occasions to take it in for an oil change and both times left without the car being serviced. Was told by one representative my voucher for two synthetic oil changes was ready - went to get them and was told by another employee the dealership no longer honors them. Excuse me?? Went the following weekend with a coupon for $100 for service only to be told (surprise, surprise) that can't be used for oil changes. Took my car elsewhere and will never bring my business to this poor excuse for an establishment again. Would NOT recommend to anyone - go elsewhere !!! More

Arrived at the dealership at 1:10 and was ask to sit at the salesman's desk. after about 20 minutes the salesman did not show up and nobody bother to come over and let us know what is going on. I finally asked when the salesman will shoe up to talk to us and was told he will be with us in 2 minutes. Another 15 minutes passed and nobody showed up. Finally we decided to leave. they did not even had the decency to say sorry as we were leaving. If I could give them a zero I would of done that. Terrible!! Stay away More
