Fidelity Car Service Plan runaround I purchased a $700 Fidelity car service plan with my Hyundai, then came to understand that it did not cover what I expected so in October 2019 I did t I purchased a $700 Fidelity car service plan with my Hyundai, then came to understand that it did not cover what I expected so in October 2019 I did the paperwork to cancel it with the Hyundai representative, with the understanding that the cancellation would be sent to Fidelity. I bought a hyundai equus 5.0 V8 from paramus Hyundai in 2017. Experience at the service center was horrible. Work that I had paid for was never performed. I went in for a transmission service at 45k and 1 2017. Experience at the service center was horrible. Work that I had paid for was never performed. I went in for a transmission service at 45k and 10k later my new personal transmission specialist decided to check the fluid and it was filthy. I recommend to avoid getting your car serviced there. They up-sell you things that are not needed as well. I did a coolant flush and again my new mechanic checked it and it was original fluid from the factory. Never changed but I paid for it. More

I recently closed a deal with Paul Paik- signed a lease agreement, received my first month’s bill, and all. After seeing an irregularity in the bill, I asked about it and then without ANY explanations or notification, they cancelled my lease agreement- the deal that was signed and closed! Even the senior manager, John Sweeny was of no help and dismissive. Simply put, Paramus Hyundai is unprofessional and not trustworthy. More
