I was sold a car oct 31, 2019, and it has had constant issues 45 days after purchase. The car is now non drivable at 10 months after purchase. I made numerous attempts to contact the dealership to speak with the general manager, Rocco, along with the salesperson, who continue to not make it right. In fact, the general manager blamed my “husband or child” as to why the car was not functioning. I was told there was a manufacturer warranty at time of purchase and there is NONE!!! It’s fraud to claim their is a manufacturers warranty when there was none to begin with. I am NOT pleased and I do not recommend dealing with this place of business. ITs called dirty business. More
Paul Paik is the most disrespectful arrogant person who was ill mannered scammer tried to accused me of losing the car key after test drive he was the one taken car back to parking lot to park, came back a was ill mannered scammer tried to accused me of losing the car key after test drive he was the one taken car back to parking lot to park, came back asking for the key!?? He was the one last drove the car and parked! We went back to search for the key for more than 10 minutes not able to found it! Then he started to accused me for losing key that I had to pay for the key! Questioned him for the cost of the new key (will be around $500 I’ve found out later on by the other dealership) but he wasn’t answering the cost of key only pressuring me to sign the contract first when I refused to sign until find the key first, he went out and back in 10 minutes stated he has found the key underneath the seat!? The key chain was 6’ long plastic how could we were not able to find it before??? OMG! what kind of scammer is he? All that time he had the key hidden! Paul Paik hadn’t apologized! Disgusting man! I’m terribly insulted by this worthless con artist!!! How’s this dealership keeping him around to scamming the customers for an extra charge? Who’s financial gain is it??? Definitely not the customers who are getting ripped!!! Also the salesmen’s unprofessional, rude arrogant, behaviors are acceptable to the management of this dealership??? How do they value him not the customers? Who’s been abused by bad salesman name Paul Paik, how many victims??? Called twice left messages to sales manager Mr. John Sweeney and to General Manager Rocco Auriemma, sent an email to him too, no one has contacted. Obviously this dealership doesn’t care!!! More

Iggy was welcoming and friendly, Iggy was able to work up a lease with an excellent deal for us. When we had a question "regarding the complimentary maintenance'', he didn't make up the answer to push the sa a lease with an excellent deal for us. My intial outreach was via the internet. The woman who replied wanted to set up an appointment even though I made it clear I was interested in a an 'out the door price' as we were over 1 1/2 hours away an replied wanted to set up an appointment even though I made it clear I was interested in a an 'out the door price' as we were over 1 1/2 hours away and didn't want to travel that far to find out they added some ridiculous amount in fees. I said the only way I would give them my business is if they would provide me with the final price over the phone. Her response was "if" her manager was interested he would call me back... IF?! I was incredulous. So I spoke with the manager, explained what happened and he said he'd call me back. He did, within 30 minutes, and explained that it was not customary for them to give used car prices over the phone, he understood that we were so far away and agreed. Great price for an almost new (1600 miles) CPO 2020 Elantra SEL. They offered to hold the car for us till the next day. I then became concerned that they would some how try to add in loan fees and had a hard time getting in touch with their Finance Manager, Gio. Finally reached him and he put me at ease. Although I would have liked to have known the finance rate before we went, he explained we had to sign a document to release their ability to run the credit to get the rate. When all when said and done, the car was ready,our salesman Michael was laid back and the loan process was quick because we had filled out all credit info in advance. It went exactly as we had expected and Gio got us a great rate (that matched what our credit union would have been) and was straightforward. I was initally hesitant due to some reviews, but being the end of the month, they were motivated to give the best prices and we lucked out they charged no additional fees (beyond doc, etching, tax, tags, and title) that they normally do. I was pleasantly surprised and as long as you are on your toes, you should have no issues. More

Iggy is the best! He helped me out with my second lease, and 2 years into it I decided I’d try to upgrade mid-lease. I was between 2 cars at the time and without speaking to him he knew exactly what I came and 2 years into it I decided I’d try to upgrade mid-lease. I was between 2 cars at the time and without speaking to him he knew exactly what I came back for a had the keys to the SUV ready when I arrived for my appointment. With a little over 2 years left he got my car purchased back and I got into a brand new SUV in less than 2 hours! (With my 2 year old there as well) Thank you! More
