Horrible experience, would give zero if possible. Used their express website shopping, just to get the run around and say pricing error. This was the worst dealership experience of my lifetime. I have an entirely ELECTRIC vehicle and I made an appointment for a recall service a week prior. The recall is serious enough that Hyundai called and I have an entirely ELECTRIC vehicle and I made an appointment for a recall service a week prior. The recall is serious enough that Hyundai called and left a message on my home phone. This dealer tried to sell me fuel injector cleaning and throttle body servicing. IT IS AN ELECTRIC CAR!!!! When I showed them Hyundai's own service schedule for the car, they told me that wasn't correct (so the manual and Hyundai's website are both incorrect?). I then asked them to please show me documentation that my ELECTRIC car needed throttle body servicing at 11,000+ miles, but they would not produce any documentation. Then after waiting for two hours, they told me they didn't have the software to fix the recall. The entire experience was attempted FRAUD. I immediately called Hyundai customer service when I got home and reported their behavior. I feel sorry for those that were ripped off without knowing it. More

For a used car online, there is a $1300 advertising fee on top of the price listed, so be warned and do not pay for such a backhanded fee. Bought a CPO vehicle but their multi-point inspection was not pe on top of the price listed, so be warned and do not pay for such a backhanded fee. Nick the service rep quoted $1800 initially to my wife thinking that she will not know better. When we said our mechanic would charge $600 for the repair he said the part alone costs $800 which is almost double the amount for the part. When we asked why the signal light went off and won't turn back on he said the technician didn't see any issues and asked if we used a original hyundai part for a freaking halogen light. This is a well known issue with 2015 models due to it being used as a daylight running light which caused the socket to burnout, but he was completely clueless. Over the last two years or so of constantly overpaying for diagnosis and repair work that didn't deliver, I just don't want the same problems recurring for other potential customers. My wife took off of work four times to get the sunroof fixed, but two thousand dollars and four wasted days later, the issue still remains. All they kept saying was bring back the car we'll have a look at it. Oh, did I mention that right after a service my wife's car skid in the rain between three lanes? We took it to a tire shop and they told us that the wheel alignment were all red and adjusted it for us. It makes my stomach sick how I almost lost my wife due to incompetent money hungry individuals. We actually debated filing a lawsuit or class action against the dealer, but told ourselves its a waste of our time. Buyers and potential customers be aware! p.s. This comment and my google review will likely get a reply asking to call them because they are "concerned". Well they should be because I could write a book about how messed up this place is. More
