This is the second time I've been helped by Iggi. I did my research and asked the dealership to give me their best salesperson based on the following criteria: 1) extensive experience at the Paramus dealership 2) great relationship with the general sale their best salesperson based on the following criteria: 1) extensive experience at the Paramus dealership 2) great relationship with the general sales manager as well as the finance manager 3) nice and 4) straightforward. Of course these qualities most certainly would mean that the person had a successful track record and good client skills but easier said than done. In short, Iggi personified each and every one of these qualities. From our very first conversation, he was not only nice and professional, but super focused on meeting my expectations. He did not act "salesy" at all; rather, he was consistently transparent and honest...even if it wasn't the ideal answer. And it went a long ways towards building trust and credibility. Simply put, Iggi said what he meant and did what he said he would do. I was pleased about getting a good deal, but I felt even better about the fact that I developed a solid relationship and a strong advocate in Iggi. I'm definitely looking forward to working with him again in the near future. More
