My wife and I came in looking for a new car. Initial contact, Rob, was very friendly but was on his way out, so he tag teamed with Ludwin. Test drove the model we were interested in and found it wasn't for us. As we walked the lot of pre-owned there was no hard sell for new / more expensive car. We found a car that appealed to us and were encouraged to take it for a test drive. As we returned, Bill the pre-owned manager,came out to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. For a younger guy, Bill was quite confident in his knowledge and his salesmanship was a real throwback to what you expect, dare I say, want in car sales. Bill and Ludwin each made every effort to explain what the next steps were and to get a generous price for our trade in vehicle. The uncomfortable event of haggling never arrived as Bill stated the bottom line. This was very much appreciated- and price appropriate for the age and what our research online had shown. Scott in financing walked us through the steps and explained what exactly we were signing as we reviewed the papers. Note to H of P- the statement "I won't lie to you" begins to sound like the opposite if said too frequently. Ludwin made certain that the car was gassed up / shined up for departure and Bill patiently went through the all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle we didn't make time for prior to sale. We truly hope our handsome used car serves us well. If it gives us any grief within the first 30 days, we expect Hyundai of Paramus will continue their open and pleasant service to accommodate our needs. More
Let me first say that I travel from Wayne to Paramus to have my car serviced because of the professional and friendly way I am treated. Hugo works with me to keep my car in "good health" and as affordable have my car serviced because of the professional and friendly way I am treated. Hugo works with me to keep my car in "good health" and as affordable for me as possible. The coupons that come from the dealer are also very helpful. One criticism that I have is that the coupons usually come available towards the end of the month for that particular month. Most times I bring my car in towards the beginning of the month, depending on my schedule, because I can only bring my car in on Saturdays. Thank you. More

Tommy, Shannon and the other personnel were very attentive, without being pushy. I needed a new car and wanted a hybrid. they gave me pertinent information about the vehicle, gave me the opportuni attentive, without being pushy. I met Hugo in November 2009 right before my wedding. We had been having some major problems with my Hyundai for about 4 weeks and although the car had been brought to the dealership for service numerous ti had been having some major problems with my Hyundai for about 4 weeks and although the car had been brought to the dealership for service numerous times before, no one could quite figure out what was wrong with the car. About a week before our wedding, Hugo finally was able to fix the car and we have not had a problem since. I have continued bringing my car into Paramus Hyundai ever since, even though we moved to Fairfield County, CT last September. Hugo's professionalism, assistance and courteousness continues to make it a pleasant experience to bring my car there for service. We are actually bringing it in next week for service for just that reason. It's worth it for the additional effort on our part as Hugo makes it a satisfying visit. I have dealt with Hugo Vacadiez for the past three years as my service writer and he has always been attentive to my service needs. He has been up front with additional issues that must be addressed beyond normal service maintenance and treated me as a special customer because of my loyalty to the dealership. I usually contact him when any of the three cars are due for service and he has always accommodated me. I prefer to drop off the vehicles on days when he is working since he is familiar with those vehicles. It is a pleasure to work with him and is one of the reasons that I am loyal to the dealership. I wanted to wait for a month or so to write to review after my first oil change. We did our homework from forums and internet search and obtained internet pricing . After 10 days of toiling car search and negotaitions we realised internet pricing is the lowest dealers go adn will try to match and you can negotiate to add some gadgets but from price persepctive you could do very little. So we knew our numbers in the back of our hand. We realised from our search Oil changes were scam in most dealerships and decided not to negotiate on same. Its better to spend $ 50 every 5000 miles. Once we obtained internet pricing for the car we wanted [Black on black 2011 sonata limited edition] in May 2011, 3 dealers provided the best quote 1) liberty hyundai,2)Hyundai pramus and 3 ) Bloomington hyundai I think Mind you this was a hot selling car and color combination combined with the shortage issue prevailing. As a typical young couple we went additionally to other dealerships in hope of getting the best deal in town.See reviews at the bottom. Most of them asked us to come in person to meet our internet price while some said they cannot meet our internet price. The funny part was the dealers who said they have the car and asked us to come down had just sold the color a minute back and would try to bait and switch us with available colors. 1) Hyundai of paramus-**Outstanding Service and we bought from them**** Finally after a week of car search my wife called Hyundai paramus and Robert Scott said he will honor his internet price. We have never experienced such gentlemen car salesmanship. He was genuine, honest, no nonsense and very straightforward. I highly recommend robert scott and dealership for all who want a hassle free -non bait / switch salesperson. Robert showed us the car which was at the very back of his lot after some search. Our whole car buying from start to finish lasted hardly 2 hrs maybe. We provided some payment via credit card+ downpayment + hyundai finance. I did not have the cashiers check and Eric was fine with me bringing the same next day [ Even though I was asked to take the car with me the same day] . The other dealers wanted to wait for the checks to clear to take the car. Eric was also non pushy sales manager. He finalised the exact amount and clarified and provided my Student discount too . Since we had heard of the various free oil change scams we did not ask for any and did not waste our time. Meanwhile I did go to the nearby bank as they were prepping the car to provide the check. Once I came back from back in half hour the car was all washed and ready and documents were ready and we enterred into the manager’s room. We expected they will try to sell us variuos packages prior to final signatures but you will not believe it it was straight forward explanation of min payment dues and interest payments and boom we were done with signatures in 10 min. Our Car was ready and Scott had it filled with gas and threw in the free gadgets we wanted and we were all set. We could not believe this pleasant experience and we drove home. My wife went back to make first oil change in June and we also received 20% discount . Overall this was the most wonderful and honest car buying experience . We highlighy recommend to buy your hyundai from these guys. Good luck . BJ PS : we went though horrible time with Flemington Hyundai and GIUFFRE hyundai both of whom were the bait and switch guys. Please do not waste your time driving down to these schmucks and poorly trained sales monkeys who will do anything to rip you off and you money. -Liberty and Lester Glenn Hyundai were also very professional and honest dealerships we will recommend. Lester could not meet our internet price after few days of negotiation very courteous. Liberty Hyundai Alon fong is another no hassle sales man . It s shame we could not do business with both these dealerships. _ Global Automall wasted our time and could not meet our internet price though they said they had the car which they never had. -Hyundai of whiteplains and lynees never came close to our internet price -Hyundai of Nanuet[ Even after voice message responded only after bought our car] My previuos roommate bought elantra and had a terrible experience so we never bothered to go down to them.
