Had service appt was told needed car for 4 plus hours to check a broken switch I had a 8 am appt ! This is totally unacceptable unless all there appts r made for 8 am ???? Iggy was great. Lots of traffic on route 4 can be a bit tough but nothing you can do about it. The Elantra N-Line red sports car hooked me and Iggy's personal experience with it and praise of it, sealed th tough but nothing you can do about it. Iggi was absolutely fantastic to work with, I felt as if I was his friend through the whole process. Horrible communication. I have a 2019 Sonata that I leased from them, the car is in pristine condition. I wanted to change to a different car and terminate my existing lease. They did not work with m leased from them, the car is in pristine condition. I wanted to change to a different car and terminate my existing lease. They did not work with me at all. The Kelley Blue Book value of my car is over $19,000 and they wanted $2500 down and to charge me $389/month for a KONA!!! I was very disappointed and will never shop there again!!!!! I realize it wasn't the fault of the Sales Rep, but of the "manager" that never came out of the back and did not give me the common courtesy of a face to face discussion, just disgusting and rude!!!! More

I was all ready to buy a SUV from Paramus Hyundai until they hit me with a $5,000 surcharge at the very end. Definitely lost the sale.I also Purchased a vehicle on line through Hyundai USA the search showe they hit me with a $5,000 surcharge at the very end. Definitely lost the sale.I also Purchased a vehicle on line through Hyundai USA the search showed the vehicle at Paramus Hyundai but when I called and said it was bought online the dealer would not honor the price and said they would NOT honor the price without adding 4 thousand dollar surcharge.I have had issues with this dealer in the past and would up buying at another dealer.I will never go or recommend this dealer to anyone as they take advantage of their customers. More

Iggi Barreto was the best! We've had a horrible experience with a lemon car but Iggi eased all our worries about purchasing a replacement car.
