I have had issues with my new Sonata Hybrid since I purchased it - poor performance and less-than-advertised gas mileage. I have had to bring the car back to the dealership three times in the two months I've owned the car. Annie Ramaglia has been my service person throughout, and she has been nothing short of outstanding. She is clearly committed to serving customers, something you don't always find today among service professionals. She listens, demonstrates caring and concern, and goes to great lengths to find solutions - never taking the easy way out. I know that Annie works for Hyundai, but she makes me feel that she is working for me also. That is the mark of a great service professional. She called me often while my car was in the shop or awaiting the next appointment to tell me what was happening and to see if I had questions or additional concerns. She is absolutely great, and deserves all the recognition in the world. More
I just bought a 2012 Elantra and wanted to get a spare tire which is not standard equipment. I arranged through the salesman to get the tire and when I came to the service area to have the spare installed tire which is not standard equipment. I arranged through the salesman to get the tire and when I came to the service area to have the spare installed I was helped by Annie Ramaglia, one of the service advisors. She was very pleasant and patiently explained the details of the service call. She made my wife and me feel at ease and when I told her I was tight on time because I had to go to work, she was able to expedite the work. While I can't say that getting your car serviced or repaired is a pleasant experience, Annie made this service call much easier. More

I purchased my car at another dealership, but decided to bring it in for service at Paramus Hyundai. Even though I didn't buy the car there, they treated me as if I did. Annie was very helpful in scheduling my appointments and listening to all of the problems I was facing with my car. Their goal was to make sure they found the problem, fixed it right, and that I was satisfied customer (something that other dealership could learn from). She brings three qualities that help make a service department successful: Desire; Drive, and; Dedication. Kudos to Annie and the service team! Wow... From reading some of the negative reviews, one would think that Paramus Hyundai was the worst car dealership on the face of the earth! - but that's not what I'd experienced. It's a good thing that I did my homework, read as much as I was able to read and shopped around prior to visiting Paramus Hyundai. I knew exactly what I wanted and my expectations thus far exceed whatever I could have imagined. I bought a 2011' Sonata Hybrid. I took delivery approximately two weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I was met by Bruce Boguski, who was very sincere, straight-forward and informative. I got right to the point, told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I traded in my Audi A-4 and Bill Weismann was able to assist with that as well. Negotiating is a "healthy" thing, and I'm glad to say that they really wanted to sell me a car, and I really wanted to by a car. It was a great experience and everyone walked away happy. I walked into Paramus Hyundai five times prior to inking the deal and to be honest - each time, Bruce listened to what I had to say and was extremely professional each time. I've already had people comment regarding my new car and I already know that Bruce will take care of them. I hope that the service department is just as great! I highly recommend Paramus Hyundai and I'm glad that DealerRater provides this service, providing a place where thoughts can be exchanged freely. Rob K More
