All went as I wanted it to go, quickly and painlessly. I had a great experience buying my car this weekend. Charles Yi was incredible! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to answer all my questions. It was FREEZING out and we were outs Charles Yi was incredible! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to answer all my questions. It was FREEZING out and we were outside for a long time while I looked over the cars and test drove them. He had a smile on his face the whole time and wanted nothing more than to make sure I found the right car for me!
