I have given all great ratings because i received the car i wanted and for the great price i wasn't expecting!. Worse car buying experience of my life, seemed like i was being rushed. went to the dealership on labor day weekend(mon) and was given a new salesman, roy, who it turns out should never have been on the floor. I was told by Roy that the 2013 Sonata i was leasing had remote star given a new salesman, roy, who it turns out should never have been on the floor. I was told by Roy that the 2013 Sonata i was leasing had remote start through blue link, didnt have floor mats, and had a 17 gal tank. I leased the car and learned the next day it did NOT have remote start, it does have floor mats, and an 18 gal tank. went back to the dealership on thurs and related the above false hoods to Vinnie, a sales consultant, and his response was he felt terrible about the wrong information given and yes a salesman should have known the facts but there was nothing he could do. Really? A real dealership would have asked the salesman if the above facts were correct, and when given the truth would have apoligized and offer to put in the remote start free of charge. Had that been done I would not be writing this review. Never would I recommend this dealership to anyone. They tell you anything to sell you a car, even lie, and then tell you, sorry. More
Brought my car, a 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe, in because the blue tooth interface on the navigation system is frequently failing to initialize. In this state no blue tooth devices will pair with it. Also the air conditioner randomly comes on when the A/C indicator is off and automatic climate control is off. The representative I spoke to was dismissive and insisted that the problem was my phone despite the fact that the car's interface wasn't loading. When she decided to check my phone for compatibility, the Hyundai website was non-functional. When we called to have Hyundai's internal support check the availability, it turns out that all they have access to is the same website. Despite the fact that I had made an appointment in advance and was waiting it took over two hours for them to come back and tell me that the computer had logged no errors. I started my car, paired up my phone again only to have the bluetooth link fail and the interface lock up less than half a mile from the dealership. The car handles well and is fun to drive, but the electronics are wonky and this is on a vehicle with less than 5000 miles on it. I bought this car despite the fact that Hyundai has had a less than stellar reputation in the past. I suppose that the reputation they have is the one that they deserve. More

While dealing with the total loss of my home and the death of my precious pets, I had a big problem with my Hyndai passing inspection. I was frustrated and upset going in, and was on the verge of tears death of my precious pets, I had a big problem with my Hyndai passing inspection. She calmed me down, got me some water and gave me time to explain my story carefully listening and sympathetically assuring me that she was going to make sure everything was going to be taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had a contagious smile that brightened up the office. As a Human resource director in my career,I would have Annie running one of my stores for sure. She is an asset that should be recognized!! Keep up the great work Annie. I also spoke to Steve Bradt the manager there and he was also customer service driven and just as pleasant.
