I wasn't sure I wanted to purchase a lease when I walked in the doors. However, once sitting down with Charles and eventually test driving the car, I knew we were in good hands. One of the managers, Vinnie in the doors. However, once sitting down with Charles and eventually test driving the car, I knew we were in good hands. One of the managers, Vinnie came over and introduced himself (such a charmer!). He was straightforward and concise, a business quality I am very much fond of. He was able to work a deal we were both comfortable with and never once did I feel as though I was being taken advantage of or persuaded away from my comfort zone. Thank you to both Charles and Vinnie for their professionalism, hospitality and thoroughness. I have recommended this dealership and employees to those around me and especially the product! All went as I wanted it to go, quickly and painlessly. I had a great experience buying my car this weekend. Charles Yi was incredible! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to answer all my questions.
