My mother bought a new Hyundai Tuscon at athe Paramus Hyundai. Out of all my years with buying cars it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Ian Kaufman was our Sales Representative who Hyundai. Out of all my years with buying cars it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Ian Kaufman was our Sales Representative who was so attentive and made us feel so welcomed. He showed us everyhing we need to know about the car and actually went over it all again before we left also set up my mother's blue tooth for her phone. Anthony was just amazing with the financing. He went through everything and fully explained everything my mother needed to know about the leasing program. He was also fully attentive and made us feel so comfortable. He even walked us to the car and through his own spare change in the back seat for good luck. When I left I felt like I knew both gentlemen for years. Your dealership hired unbelievable employees and every dealership should have more employees like Paramus Hyundai has. I would definitely without a doubt come back to your dealership again. My experience at dealership didn't begin well, as I stood there for 15 minutes without anyone approaching me, seeming more concerned with cigarette breaks than a customer. I walked out of dealership and started towards my car to leave, but that's when Antoine came RUNNING out of the dealer asking if I needed help, and apologizing that nobody else had helped me. He assured me he would make my experience better, and he did. Antoine did a great job, listened to what I wanted and brought me right out to see what was available. We talked for a bit, and began "negotiations". Keep in mind, I was at dealership around 8-8:30pm the night before a holiday. While everyone else seemed focused on leaving, Antoine didn't rush the process whatsoever. I seemed more eager to wrap it up than him. He made the entire transaction very comfortable, and I'm very pleased with the service I recevied. If I were rating Antoine alone, it would be all "5's" for him, but my rating of 4's also includes the negatives I experienced prior to meeting with Antoine. I ended up finalizing the lease on my new Sonata that evening, and driving it home the same night. All thanks to Antoine. Had he not come after me, or spent the quality time with me, Honda would have had one more customer. I work in the service & sales industry as well, and truly understand the value of good customer service. Antoine did a great job, and should be commended for it. Thanks! More

Had a very positive experience working with the people at Hyundai of Paramus. I had never driven a Hyundai before and was coming off a Nissan Maxima so I wanted to get a feel for my comfort level with a V4 c Hyundai of Paramus. I loved the Sonata right off the top and was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to leave without much time or pressure on my first visit. I returned a week later with intentions to purchase. I had done my research and was happy to find that without having to do a ton of negotiating I was able to walk away with a fair price. My salesman, Steven Dann, was friendly, informative and low pressure. I really enjoyed working with Steven because he did not use any of the normal cars salesman talk. My overall experience was very positive and I have already recommended Hyundai of Paramus and Steven Dann to family members who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
