My husband and I originally came in to replace a lost key to our Sonata never thinking we would walk out with a 2013 Azera (which we had been eyeing for sometime). As we were walking out one of the managers mentioned that instead of buying another key could they interest us in purchasing a new car. At that time Jefferson Palau, who sold us our 2009 Sonata, approached us but since he had a customer he introduced us to Brian. We mentioned to Brian that we were interested in the Azera, but were weren't too optimistic as the Azera was always over our budget. Brian assured us that he would give us the best deal. With our trade-in we were able to negotiate a price that worked for us and our budget. Brian was a pleasure to deal with as he listened to what wanted, was patient, very knowledgeable of the car and did not waste our time. When we decided to go through with the deal he made sure we did not waste anymore time than we had spent and got us out as fast as he could. I would not hesitate to refer Brian and your dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Hyundai. More

I went to this dealership on August 18th with intention to browse the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Sunroof. Upon arrival outside I went to the entrance and was immediately asked if anyone was he to browse the 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited with Sunroof. Upon arrival outside I went to the entrance and was immediately asked if anyone was helping me. There I met Iggi. He was very nice and knowledgeable and led me right to the car I was interested in. We went for a test drive where he broke down everything the car had to offer me. This being my potential first car lease, I did A LOT of research about the car and was happy to find that Iggi knew his stuff. He explained about 97% of the features and specs and I know this car had plenty to talk about. After the test drive we went inside to talk about the possibility of leasing the car that day, and that was when I met Vinny. He was very nice and polite and we crunched some numbers together. I was still unsure so I made an appointment to return on Tuesday. When I returned, I saw that the car was being cleaned, the gas tank was being filled, and it was being prepped to drive off that day. I met Iggi once again who did a similar rundown of the car features and specs with my boyfriend. Then we all sat down with Vinny inside to talk numbers. After some back and forth negotiations, we were able to settle on a deal. The car is AMAZING. I love it. Iggi and Vinny were knowledgeable, polite, and caring. I think that as long as you are serious about considering a purchase and are realistic about the pricing, this place is the place for you. One positive review may not give the full story, but neither does one negative review. It's definitely the place to explore for a Hyundai. More
BUYER BEWARE!! This dealer relies on consumer fraud and deception – not to mention false advertising and alleged credit approvals. I first contacted the dealer a few weeks ago to inquire about an ad I saw deception – not to mention false advertising and alleged credit approvals. I first contacted the dealer a few weeks ago to inquire about an ad I saw online. As with all ads, the deal advertised for a $44/month lease of Hyundai Elantra seemed too good to be true so I called to understand the fine print and inquire about the deal. I was assured by a sales rep over the phone that the ad was true, that with a $2200k down payment, I could qualify for a $44/month lease – with the only caveat that registration and other fees are additional costs that I could pay on top of the down payment or roll into the lease payment. After several phone calls with the same sales rep, I proceeded to fill out a credit application online – which would let me know if I was approved and more importantly, would let me know if it was worth traveling over an hour to the dealer. A week passed and I had not heard back from the sales rep so I gave her a call to follow-up on the application. She let me know that I would receive a response the same afternoon and sure enough, she called me in the afternoon to inform me that I had been approved. She let me know that all I needed to do was go down to the dealer, pick the color/trim/etc of the car and that I could drive out with a new Hyundai car that same day. Indeed, I went down to the dealer to finalize the deal and to my surprise, found out that the $44/month lease was a SCAM! To make matters worse, the sales manager proceeded to tell me that I had not been approved yet (even though I was assured over the phone that I was and hence, why I made the trip down there) and that I would not be driving a new car home. He let me know that the dealer puts out ads like that to entice people and get them to visit the dealer…and that there is a fine print. Of course, I invite all readers to access their webpage to read the fine print. I’m sure you will find, like I did, that their fine print is illegible, even if you zoom in 200% or more. This is why I called and spoke to someone who explained the one caveat about registration and other fees – and so I thought I understood the fine print that I could not read from a computer screen. What any sales rep failed to also tell me was that in addition to the $800 - $1300 that a registration and other fees (acquisition, taxes, etc), Hyundai charges hidden fees to make this number go all the way up to over $3000. Oh – and if you were wondering how you could qualify for the advertised $44/month, you need to give a down payment of $2200 + $3000 (registration and fees) and need to be a military vet who has graduated from college and who owned a Hyundai. Needless to say, I left this place a very dissatisfied customer – without the desire to make a deal with them today or ever. This dealer preyed on my good faith and desire to have a car - given that the one I had previously was stolen. This dealer’s explanation for all this – it was the sales rep’s fault. They take no blame for deliberately misinforming and misleading me – and above all LYING to me. I will be filing claims with the appropriate agencies and sincerely hope that future car buyers understand that this dealer relies on questionable business tactics to make a deal – at the expense of a VERY DISSATISFIED and DECEIVED buyer. More

They were amazing. It was my first time leasing anything under my name and they explained everything to me detail by detail. They were also very patient with me while I was making up my mind on the style an under my name and they explained everything to me detail by detail. They stayed an hour and a half later for me to close the deal and they delivered the car to my house the very next morning! They have been following up with me for about a week to make sure I love the car and that everything is perfect. They are really good, down to earth, caring people. Can't say enough about Iggy, he made our experience at Hyundai very satisfying. I would recommend Iggy because he is genuine and one of the nicest people you would want to meet.
