My car was recently totaled while parked in front of my house, hence the hunt for a new car began. I visited many dealerships for all different cars. I found it to be a very frustrating experience. Many of the salespeople I encountered were very difficult to deal with. After deciding that I truly did want to purchase a Hyundai, I then visited a few different Hyundai locations. The very first dealer I visited was Hyundai in Paramus and dealt with a salesman named Dashawn Freeman. He was very patient, friendly and professional. I chose, after visiting a few other locations, to return to Paramus and Dashawn. I am very glad I made that decision. Together with Dashawn and Vincent Incorvaia we were able to work out a deal to please all concerned. Dashawn was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend any of my friends/family to seek him out when deciding on a new car. More

I would and have recommended this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Hyundai. I have also recommend that they see Brian and Vinny. I was looking for a Sonata Limited, white with black inte interested in purchasing a Hyundai. I have also recommend that they see Brian and Vinny. I was looking for a Sonata Limited, white with black interior, fully loaded for quite sometime and many of the dealers I visited gave me the run around or would not work with me on a price that I was satisfied with. Hyundia of Paramus, did. Brian spoke with my uncle and the day I arrived at the dealership, Brian and Vinny listened to what I wanted and although it was difficult to do, they told me that they would be able to give me the car I wanted. They initially said it would take about a week or two to locate and get the car which I was disappointed to hear, I met with them on a Friday and by Wednesday of the following week, my car was ready to be picked up. This was my first time buying a car and Brian was awesome. He was patient, explaining things to me until I understood every part of the car buying process. He was not pushy and did not rush me after the car arrived, explaining every feature and detail. If you have a car in mind that maybe be difficult to get, I would definitely recommend talking to Brian and Vinny. They will make it happen. More

About a couple of weeks ago, I came in and and met with Iggy... Right off the bat he was very courteous asked if I needed anything. But that didn't stop Iggy he spent the last two weeks trying to get me the best deal he can get me working with the banks with his financial partner and this time he called me as said I have good news. He never gave up cause he knew that I needed this car badly for work, daughter, and my own sanity lol. I felt like family not just another customer they were trying to sell... Iggy was there until the end when they were done cleaning my new used 2010 sonata. I am very blessed to have met him and glad that he was able to finally get this done for me. I would so recommend Iggy to everyone I know. I couldn't be happier!!!! More

This was my first car purchase in 17 years! I was extremely satisfied with the service from both Vinnie and Brian. All of the people I worked with at Paramus Hyundai were completely professional, friendly, and considerate. When I first visited with Iggy I had my 3 year old daughter with me and he made every effort to m completely professional, friendly, and considerate. Many employees at the dealer made a special effort to say hello to her which I think says alot about the kind of people they are. When I returned to actually make a deal on a Tuscon the process went as smooth as possible.Iggy even remembered my daughter's name. The whole car buying process is just too long but I don't know if any dealer can make it shorter. Iggy continued to ask if I needed anything while I was there. When I didn't like the first offers, both Iggy and Vinny kept trying to get to a car and a price I could afford. They were honest and helpful with any questions I had. The meeting with the finance man also was smooth and quick. I liked that Gap insurance was included in the price. No hidden extras! Then both Iggy and Vinnie stayed late after the dealership was closed to help me clean out the car, get the Bluetooth set up, and gas in the car. Iggy even took a picture of me in my new car. Even the guys in the service department were willing to stay late to help get my car seat out which was a struggle. Overall I had a great experience at Paramus Hyundai and would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Iggy and Vinny! More
