WIthin minutes of looking around the lot, Brian Gombocz came outside and greeted both myself and my boyfriend, as we were both interested in purchasing vehicles. Brian quickly got to the point and asked what we were looking for in our cars. We each test drove one of our choice then went inside to talk numbers. At this time, I was still unsure about which vehicle I was really interested in. I did not like the look of the Elantra, even though this one was more in my price range. So I went out and test drove the Sonata, as Brian and Vinny recommended. After I test drove it, I realized that this is the car I might want to purchase. I went back inside to sit down and talk numbers with both Brian and Vinny. After I was given the first set of numbers, I doubted wether I should even purchase a new car as my budget is quit low at the moment. But we worked out the kinks together, and with Vinny's help, got the numbers down to where I could afford it. Both myself and my boyfriend walked out with brand new Hyundai Sonata's in our price range. Throughout the time spent at the dealer, Brian and Vinny made the experience fun and enjoyable, and even cracked some jokes as we waited patiently for everything to finalize. Great experience. Great team. More

We went from dealership to dealership to find the best match for us with what we need and looking for. We came to this establishment and Jefferson Palau came to assist us. It was a special day for him personally due to a personal achievement. He was very helpful listening to our needs and what we were looking for. He showed us a few cars and allowed us to test drive. I thought that was a plus! Vinnie also came to assist to negotiate pricing. He really worked with us back and forth with numbers until we reached a doable price. We weren't ready to make a purchase that day. We wanted to wait to return the Honda. Because of Jefferson with his kindness and over superb service and Vinnie working with us on pricing the deal, we did a sign and drive that same night! We left with a 2014 Sonata. I am really surprised how this car handles. I love it! Love the service! Love the people! Overall, superb service and superb pricing! And congratulations to Jefferson Palau that he became a citizen that day and made the first sale of the month from us!! I have already mentioned to a few friends about coming here when they are ready to purchase. More

I came in with my daughter on Saturday afternoon 4/12 and test drove a Tucson. My daughter liked it. I was also trading in a Jeep Liberty which you people inspected. After about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. including the test drive we finished our meeting where you could put me in the car for my Jeep Liberty + turn in my leased car + 1K cash down for $158 a month. 3 years 36K miles. I was honest with the salesman and told him up front early in the meeting she also wanted look at the Chevy Equinox He said "No problem he understood". I reiterated to the salesman at the end of the meeting a Tucson GLS basic the only item I need is AWD, out the door tax, license, etc $158 a month with my lease car and 1K cash and Jeep Liberty turn in. He said Yes. We went and looked at the Equinox, and my daughter preferred the Tucson. Monday morning I called the salesman and again identified myself so he would remember me and reviewed our agreement. I would turn in the lease Sonata, trade in my 2003 Jeep liberty and put down 1K for $158 a month. He replied yes. I said OK lets do it should I bring down all the vehicles titles etc? He said "yes" and we agreed to do it at 5:30PM Monday evening. I cleaned out the cars arranged for a ride home in the event they had to prep the new lease. Well when I walked in the salesman asked for the keys to the Jeep Liberty and disappeared for 20 minutes. I knew at this point it wasn't going to go well as they already inspected Saturday. The salesman returned and I quote said " I may have jammed you up with that price" I said how much a month? He said $193. I said I reviewed with you at least 2 times the terms and you said yes $158 out the door. He actually agreed he did tell me that but made a mistake. Now I have 2 vehicles down there and someone on stand by to pick me up. I left without even trying to get a deal. The Good News is that night Ramsey Hyundai put me in the same car for $160 a month. Thank you Chris Werling. Don't go to Paramus Hyundai use Ramsey Liberty Hyundai they will get you the best deal possible with out Jerking you around More

They promised to return my mother's leased Mazda and Eric Bennett gave me a good deal on a Sonata. After the sale, it all went downhill. They were supposed to cut my mother a check to payoff the lease, which took over two months. When I called the dealership to find out about the check, the tough guy act started. I was professional and never threatening but firm....Eric told the salesman to tell me "to come see him so we can settle this like men". When Mazda Financial sent someone over to the dealership to pick up the car that was never turned over to them, the dealer "lost" the vehicle and was not sure where it was. Luckily, the car was found a week later. When I physically went to the dealership to get answers, Eric Bennett was conveniently not around but Vinnie Incorvaia spoke with me. Vinnie was not the nicest guy in the world and I seemed to be bothering him but he did get the check cut that day. I loved how Eric and Vinnie both blamed the salesman...what dealership do you know of where the salesperson has the ability to cut checks? Not a completely terrible experience but I would not buy another vehicle from them nor would I recommend them to anyone else, at least not while Eric Bennett is there. More
Interested in purchasing 2013 Elantra leftover. Didn't do homework ahead of purchase. We stopped into the dealership to look around. Definitely did not think we would be walking out with a car. Igg Didn't do homework ahead of purchase. We stopped into the dealership to look around. Definitely did not think we would be walking out with a car. Iggi was the salesman we delt with. He was very polite, knowledgeable, courteous, understanding and patient. He worked on getting the price down. Wasn't sure if we truly got a good price since didn't do research. Afterwards, checked around. Turns out we did get a fair price. No regrets. Car runs smoothly. Great on gas. Overall very happy with purchase. Iggi has gone above and beyond in customer service. Even after the sale, he returned phone calls, answered questions, and checked on us if all was good. Happy with his respectful nature and friendly smile /personality. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you. Josie and Andy More
This dealership is a joke I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. This place is dishonest, deceitful, and disrespectful. From the service department all the wa I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. This place is dishonest, deceitful, and disrespectful. From the service department all the way up to sales and finance this place is despicable with boiler room and barbaric sales tactics and ultra-pushy service department. Don't waste your time here, there are many other Hyundai dealerships in this area that will treat you with the respect and go out of there way to make your car buying experience pleasurable. More

Not only did they stay beyond operating hours, but they took the time to get me the best deal and financing terms. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine effort to make me comfortable in the purchase should be commended. Not only did these gentlemen get me into a new hybrid car, but they ensured that I did not spend multiple hours at the dealership to "close" it deal. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided and the quality of the car. We will definitely recommend both Vinnie and Alex to our friends and Paramus Hyundai! More
I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AND A PORTION OF MY ROOF ANTENNA FLEW OFF ( MY RADIO WENT FROM MUSIC TO STATIC SUDDENLY). WHEN I SAW THAT MY ANTENNA HAD DISAPPEARED, I CALLED PARAMUS HYUNDAI. I REQUESTED AN ANTENNA FLEW OFF ( MY RADIO WENT FROM MUSIC TO STATIC SUDDENLY). WHEN I SAW THAT MY ANTENNA HAD DISAPPEARED, I CALLED PARAMUS HYUNDAI. I REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT FROM THE REP AND WAS GIVEN ONE FOR THE SAME DAY 3/21/14. I ASKED THE REP IF THE ANTENNA WAS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY FOR MY 2010 ACCENT. SHE CHECKED AND SAID IT WAS FOR 5 YEARS OR 60,000 MILES. I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. I TOLD THE REP, ANNE, WHAT HAD HAPPENED. SHE ASKED ME IF I THOUGHT THE ANTENNA MIGHT HAVE BEEN STOLEN. I TOLD HER THAT I DOUBTED THAT CONSIDERING THE CAR WAS MOVING AT 65 MPH ON A HIGHWAY WHEN THE ANTENNA DISAPPEARED.( I HOPE SHE DOESN'T ASK QUESTIONS LIKE THAT TO EVERY SENIOR CITIZEN SHE ASSISTS.) I ASKED HER IF THIS WOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. SHE SAID " NO", BECAUSE THE PART WAS MISSING AND THEY NEEDED TO RETURN THE PART TO HYUNDAI TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE COMPANY. SHE RECCOMMENDED THAT I BUY THE PART AND PUT IT ON MYSELF. I TOLD HER THAT THE PROBLEM WITH THAT WAS THE NEW ANTENNA MIGHT ALSO FLY OFF IF THE POST THAT THE ANTENNA IS ATTACHED TO IS FAULTY. I ASKED THE REP IF SOMEONE COULD LOOK AT THE ATTACHMENT ON THE ROOF OF MY CAR. AS SOON AS I SAID THAT, SHE SAID, "THAT'S A DIAGNOTIC AND WILL COST YOU $125". I REPEATED TO HER THAT I ONLY WANTED SOMEONE TO "LOOK" AT THE ATTACHMENT. IT WAS AT THIS POINT THAT I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER.THE MANAGER, MICHAEL, SAID HE WOULD BE WITH ME IN A MINUTE. HE CLOSED THE DOOR TO HIS OFFICE AND FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I WENT TO THE REP, LEFT MY NAME AND PHONE AND LEFT. HE DID CALL ,BUT IT WAS A FRUITLESS AND CONDENSCENDING CONVERSATION. More
