..great expirience. ...we read many bad reviews of this dealer, but since they have been in business for a while and they are close to us..( we believe that we are well i ...we read many bad reviews of this dealer, but since they have been in business for a while and they are close to us..( we believe that we are well informed)...we decided to try them, what do we have to loose?....Well our expirienced has been magnificent, no undue pressure, just good negotiating skills on their part, as well as from us..Iggy was a great sales person, well informed and efficient from begining to end..Reggie, the sales manager was insistant and aggressive on his price offers that it made it impossible for us to walk away...and finally Rocco the general manager who made it all happened....I insist be well informed and that way you will recognize a fair deal.when presented to you..(notice I said FAIR..we all have to eat more than corn flakes for dinner)...try them at Paramus Hyundai, you will have a good expirience regardless if you buy or not from them...but be prepare they are very good on pricing and hard to resist.. Good cars--but hassles during purchase & payment! Found the perfect 2014 leftover Santa Fe Sport and negotiated a good price. When I went to pay what we agreed on, they added $199 because 'All of ou Found the perfect 2014 leftover Santa Fe Sport and negotiated a good price. When I went to pay what we agreed on, they added $199 because 'All of our Hyundai cars have pre-etched windows'...so there is no chance of removing it, or it's cost. Be sure to calculate this extra hidden fee in, when negotiating with them. I financed $15,000, applied $5,000 in cash plus a credit card payment, and gave them an additional $15,000 money order from my savings account (had that money thanks to a recent inheritance). Boy was I surprised to read their letter, stating that they had sent the IRS a notice that I paid $36,000 in CASH for my car!!! Not $5,000 but $36,000! We went down and talked to the managers who were so helpful when we wanted to buy the car, but they decided if a car is paid with a money order (actually their requirement--they do not accept regular checks), then the full payment is considered Cash. When I wrote Hyundai in Arizona, they were unable to offer any assistance, because they "have no authority to intervene"--unlike Ford Motors in Detroit that always had helped me with concerns/problems. So--my suggestion when buying...remember you'll get hit for the hidden $199 for etching, and DO NOT pay with any cash or money orders from your bank, take the financing, then pay it down with a regular check, when the payment card comes in. More

Took advantage of My son took my 2014 Sonata car in for a tire repair that was covered by insurance and was taken advantage of when they up sold him a 15000.00 mile ser My son took my 2014 Sonata car in for a tire repair that was covered by insurance and was taken advantage of when they up sold him a 15000.00 mile service for over $1200!!!! Showed the bill to another dealer to find out how much the service should have been, They said hope you did not go to Paramus they up sell everyone that are not knowledgeable about cars. They said that he need a A/C flush for 232.17 a Nitrogen tire fill for 80.86 ( did not come with car to start free air was good enough) That is to name a few of the up sell. Called to complain spoke to the service manager about it and was very disappointed with her answer. Sorry we can't do anything!!! I was not looking for a full refund I was looking to be discounted the unnessary service that they said they performed If you are reading this I would strongly recommend to go to another Hyundai dealer. More
