VERY DECEITFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WERE SCAMMED BY THE SALES PERSON IGGI BARRETO AND THE PARAMUS HUNDAI DEALER. IT TOOK THEM OVER 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REGISTER OUR NEW VEHICLE WITH WE WERE SCAMMED BY THE SALES PERSON IGGI BARRETO AND THE PARAMUS HUNDAI DEALER. IT TOOK THEM OVER 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO REGISTER OUR NEW VEHICLE WITH PLATES FROM DMV. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VEHICLE COLOR THAT WE WANTED. THEY EVENTUALLY GOT US A SIMILAR COLOR VEHICLE. THEY GOT US THE WRONG MORE OF A BASIC MODEL VEHICLE. THEN THE ONE THAT WE ALLREADY HAD PAID FOR FULLY. More

Misled by Salesperson on Wear & Tear on Pull Ahead Program My father returned his lease as part of the pull ahead program. The sales person, Alex, told us that it is part of the Hyundai Pull Ahead Program that My father returned his lease as part of the pull ahead program. The sales person, Alex, told us that it is part of the Hyundai Pull Ahead Program that wear and tear is covered. Well a month later and a $500.00 bill from Hyundai Financial we found out the dealer is responsible. Multiple calls and emails and nothing from the dealer. Basically stating it was not part of negotiation. Of course it wasn't you made us believe that it is part of the pull ahead program. By the way second time getting a car from them since first time was good experience. This was the second and last time I go there. Cant be trusted and they forget you once you drive off. I honestly thought this place was different. I was wrong. Be very careful if you go here. Hyundai lost themselves a future customer. Never a Hyundai again or any car from Route 4 Auto group for me, my family or our friends. More

Since the dealer did not have the color and model in stock, Iggy the salesman located it at another dealer and went to get it himself so that I would have the car model and color that I wanted. More
