Very disappointing I leased a '15 Genesis from Paramus Hyundai the day I attended the NY Auto Show. The pricing seemed fair and the car is absolutely FABULOUS. I pr I leased a '15 Genesis from Paramus Hyundai the day I attended the NY Auto Show. The pricing seemed fair and the car is absolutely FABULOUS. I previously had an Infinity G37x. The car was delivered with trunk and hood ornaments that are after market add-ons that don't have the Hyundai logo and add an exceptionally classy look. BOTH WERE APPLIED CROOKED. Let me tell you it takes an act of Congress to get this corrected. They contract with an outside vendor that is only available on a limited basis. There's not enough room here to give all the details of what a nuisance it still is to get this corrected. During this time it was quite easy to see how generic and 'highway' like this dealership is. I was told that they own the dealership on Rte.17 and 1 other dealership. I plan to get my service from another owner and a friend said the service is much better in Rockland County. Although somewhat out of the way I'm going there. The morale of the employees seems poor in both the sales and service areas. I will be contacting Hyundai regarding my disappointing experience. For such a great car they would benefit from having better representatives that don't diminish the experience. More

Exceptional service! I had a lease end on my previous Hyundai purchased at another location. After not having a good experience with them during the term of my lease, I ha I had a lease end on my previous Hyundai purchased at another location. After not having a good experience with them during the term of my lease, I had found Iggy at Paramus Hyundai. I had spoken to him a few months prior to my lease ending and he told me when I was ready, to come in and that he would change my views about leasing and he did just that! He was beyond thorough, explained everything, was honest and truly wanted me happy. I had no expectations or thought that I would be leaving with my new car that day and he did everything in his power to make that happen for me. He even helped me clean out my old car! Iggy has a customer for life! More

DO NOT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME So the first time I went I was looking at Hyundai's for a compact SUV. Henry Heiss came up to me and introduced himself. He helped me look around, but the cars were so closely parked to each other in the lot, I could hardly fit through the slightly opened door to get into the back seat. After looking at their lot, I didn't like anything, so I gave Henry a description of the car I was looking for, he took my pedigree info, and told me he would call me if he had anything on his lot. Time goes by and still no call. A couple days ago, I go back because I saw a Mazda CX-9 on their lot that had the specs that I liked. Jeffrey Lantigua introduced himself and gave me the keys so I could take it on a test ride. Right away, I realized that the tires made a thudding noise when I was braking, which means the rotors were going. As I continued to question the car and mention things I liked, Jeff kept making little comments saying that oh, you wouldn't have this problem with the Hyundai's. First off, I'm interested in the Mazda, NOT a Hyundai. I only came to this dealership to see that car, NOT a Hyundai. If he REALLY wanted the commission, he would have talked up the car, NOT talk about a completely different car. Needless to say, I would NEVER waste my time going back to that dealership. Oh wait, it doesn't end there. He has the audacity to call me right now and tell me he doesn't appreciate my nasty review and says I'm not "wanted" at their dealership. First off, I was never nasty. I was being HONEST but I guess some people just cant handle the TRUTH. WOW, that shows the type of CHILDREN were dealing with at that dealership. More
