I bought a Hyundai from this dealer & its shakes when driven over 60mph. The dealer tell me its my problem stating that they see some oil residue on brake rotars. Beware of Annie R. 's "friendly" approach, especially if it is your first or second time visit for maintenance service at Hyundai Paramus. It will be easy to fall into h 's "friendly" approach, especially if it is your first or second time visit for maintenance service at Hyundai Paramus. It will be easy to fall into her pressure tactics if you do not question everything, or are not already knowledgeable about each "necessary" service. A pretty new car with under 8,000 miles so far, with no other broken compartments, does NOT require 5-6 different services that cost $300 each, Total of a $1,500+ overcharge of unnecessary services. Upon being asked if these were absolutely necessary (since this was all new to me at the time), Annie would conveniently leave out the fact that these are optional or unnecessary for a new car, but she would make you fear that if not done, there would be risks you don't want happening. Once I had highlighted the fact that my mileage was still very low for all of that, she said mileage in this case does NOT matter, and that not having come for maintenance every 6 months was the cause of this accumulation of costs & services. (which was very incompetent of her as a "service specialist"). Then she continued to lure me into the "special discount" deception, throwing flattering jokes & compliments my way in between. I believe there may be many new or amateur car owners falling into prey of these scams, if not fully aware. Having spoken to other Hyundai HQ vehicle researchers/engine quality inspectors & several other professional mechanics/services, ALL have come back to me telling me that I have been terribly scammed, and all but 1 service done was absolutely unnecessary at this time. These guilt-tripping, deceiving, pressuring tactics must cease to work. Hyundai Paramus, sometime sooner or later, these tactics will ruin your reputation for good. Every business has a goal to earn money, but approaching your customers as prey in every opportunity you get, is something different. I will not recommend Hyundai Paramus to ANYONE. More
After struggling to make an appointment for months, I took my car for a recall, turned out they couldn't perform the recall due to less than optimal battery of my car. My car is not electric. What a nasty place, i regret buying Hyundai. I lost about 200 dollars on Uber and lost wages thinking it was a serious recall. Will complain to the customer bureau of NJ. More

Worst experience. I would give negative 100 stars if I could. Don't use this dealer service. Still fighting for the unnecessary payment charged for more than a month e I would give negative 100 stars if I could. Don't use this dealer service. Still fighting for the unnecessary payment charged for more than a month even though the service manager agreed to refund it. Got fault clock spring (remote buttons on the wheel didn't work and airbag light was on) which has extended warranty by Hyundai (service bulletin 17-BE-004-1). The service consultant said they need to perform 2 diagnosis first and I would be charged fee if it was not from faulty clock spring. They came back and said clock spring was bad for airbag light on and wires were bad for remote controls since Module 1 fuse kept blowing. I asked them to test the remote control buttons after replacing clock spring and fuse only. They refused to test unless I got wire replaced. I declined the wire replacement so they charged me for 1 diagnosis. At home, I tested every single fuse with multimeters but found no blown fuse. Opened wheel cover and just reconnected the main wire. Everything worked perfect. Called the service and explained what happened and asked for refund. The service manager, Vivian, agreed to refund it. Waited a week. no refund. Called her back and she said her manager needed to approve it but he was on PTO. After few days, called her again, she said she would get approval and process the refund. no refund. Called her again and she said the refund was processing. I called her like 6 times and finally she said approval was done and accounting would refund it. Waited for a week. No refund. Claimed through my credit card company and credit card company credited the money back. And now Paramus Hyundai sent me an invoice. Still have this fight going. Never, ever going back to this dealer. More
