Very bad service experience! I arrived with a 3-year-old car that was under the manufacturer's warranty and serviced on time, they didn't know how to locate the fault, so they a I arrived with a 3-year-old car that was under the manufacturer's warranty and serviced on time, they didn't know how to locate the fault, so they asked me to pay for two hours of diagnostics or perform various maintenance operations on the grounds of poor maintenance. I have all the approvals for timely treatments at an authorized Hyundai garage. In addition, when I wanted to pay, it took several hours to examine a State Department card that was clearly tax exempt. My wife wasted precious time with a small child in the garage without receiving an appropriate response from the employees or from the manager who transferred the responsibility to the accounts management department and did not give me the opportunity to speak with them. Just a bad experience. More
