Was frustrated with being given the low ball trade in offer from other dealers. Worked with Andrea Taylor and general manager Rudi. They gave me a fair deal and I purchased a 2022 VW Taos. Andrea was there through entire process keeping me updated. Rudi did exactly as he said and with me living 3 hours away, offered to have car delivered to my house! I am a repeat customer and I recommend Paramount Volkswagen/Volvo however the day I went in, I wasn't in the mood for car shopping. (my car was broken and unable to be fixed) Andrea Taylor greete Volkswagen/Volvo however the day I went in, I wasn't in the mood for car shopping. (my car was broken and unable to be fixed) Andrea Taylor greeted me with a smile and answered my many questions. She cheered me up and actually made me excited to be there.
