I have been pleased with the service I have received from the dealership these past 2 years; particularly the service writers & mechanics. Yes, he provided options of which I chose to not take, like hybrid vs gas only car, etc., but never did I feel pressured or “hounded”. Excellent customer service and support, Mateo.
