Where to start… I contacted the dealership while searching for my first car purchase. I went to the dealership 2 days later to test drive it. I expressed to her that since it was my first purchase as a newly single mother I had a certain color in mind. She found the color in their inventory but right away explained that it would be more than my budget. Completely transparent about the cost. I test drove the color I wanted and immediately fell in love with it. I would be the first owner and it was beautiful inside and out. With my okay Kami worked with Eli and showed me what my payment would be and all the other things that comes with financing a car. I signed the paperwork that day and picked it up the next evening. My nerves were crazy going there but they quickly made me feel at ease. I highly recommend paramount auto. I think the biggest take away was how upfront everyone was. They weren’t just selling me a car, they sold me my dream car by a team of people that I truly felt I could trust. 10 for for 10 recommend Kami and Eli for any car purchase. More

Mateo was a great help during and after the purchase of my 911. He sent me videos and communicated with me remotely to finalize the deal. After purchase we realized that one of the keys had been misplaced. Mateo coordinated getting a replacement and shipped it out to me shortly after purchase. I recommend anyone looking to buy a Porsche, Volvo, or VW to give Mateo a call! More

My purchasing experience at Paramount Motor Sales was a complete nightmare. Being required to jump through hoops during the purchase process caused unnecessary delays in finalizing the transaction resulti complete nightmare. There was no attempt to reach out to me with reassurances or accommodations. The excitement of purchasing a new car was negated. I don't know why I am receiving a North Carolina title instead of a Virginia title. I fear the folks at Paramount do not know the definition of customer service. More
