As a woman, shoping for a new vehicle can be somewhat intimidating at the least and very aggrevating at the worse. I spent three months researching and determining the car I wanted to purchase. I visited several dealerships in the Charlotte/Hickory NC area test driving just about every model available. I finally decided that the Volvo C70 was a car that I was very interested in purchasing, but I dreaded another trip to a dealership for a test drive and to try and negotiate a price that was acceptable. When I arrived at the Parmount Volvo Dealership in Hickory, North Carolina it became apparent, from the start, that this was going to be a very different car buying experience. I never once felt that I was being talked down to or was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. The Paramount Volvo team was extremely professional and helpful. I say team, because while I was there, I had interaction with several members of the team and all gave me the impression that they were interested in what I wanted and not just the sale. When it came time to negotiate, I didn't have to play any games to get a fair price and good terms. I told Caleb what I needed to have to make the deal happen and he came back with a better deal than I had anticipated! I think the negotiation took a total of ten minutes. What a great experience. I would not hesistate to recommend this dealership. More

On Saturday, November 3rd, we traveled from Boone to Hickory, NC for the purpose of looking for a new family automobile. We had no intentions of actually making a purchase on that day. After a brief discussion of our requirements he went to work showing us the inventory that met our needs. He was helpful but never pushy throughout the process. We appreciated the manner in which he approached this sale. The level of trust that developed between Rick and us made us very comfortable. Rick worked hard to get us a fair price and we were pleased with the final financial arrangements. Rick was also thorough and very patient explaining all the features of the Tiguan. The whole process has gone smoothly and has exceeded all of our expectations. All the employees at Paramount involved in this sale were friendly and very helpful. i started my search over the internet . With in 15 min i had a reply email and i was on my way to buying a new 2013 jetta tdi .
