My sales transaction was very good, meeting my expectations. It was really nice to work with Emily & she was super helpful and willing to get answers to all my questions. Several employees from different departments came over and introduced themselves and thanked me for the business which made my experience even more personalized. This is important to me because I want to enjoy the people I will see any time I go back to the dealership for service maintenance, etc. I believe the appreciation for the business was sincere & I left the dealership feeling comfortable that if I had any issues post-purchase, they would be taken care of. So this was a positive experience with Paramount VW and it's not like that at every dealership. More

My experience with Paramount Auto began with a phone call from Caleb Pletcher. Caleb presented an offer that I really couldn't refuse!! Through both telephone calls and emails, we were able to upgrade the from Caleb Pletcher. Caleb presented an offer that I really couldn't refuse!! Through both telephone calls and emails, we were able to upgrade the awesome 2010 Jetta that I had purchased almost 3 years ago to a hot little Bettle! I had purchased my Jetta at Paramount a few years back and was very satisfied. The dealership personnel were awesome and my car buying experience was a breeze! I highly recommend both Caleb Pletcher and the entire staff of Paramount to all my friends and family! Caleb even had a perfect Carolina Blue 2013 Beetle ready for me!! You just can't beat great service!!! More

Emily made a great first impression when I called about a previously owned VW Passat I found on the Internet. Emily Triplett was our sales representative and was extremely helpful; doing her best to make my wife and I happy. We were able to find a great vehicle that was within our budget and Rudi Rudisill was extremely helpful; doing her best to make my wife and I happy. When I arrived I had to work with different employees because the guy I originally asked for was out. I came unannounced. I am glad I did though because when I arrived to look at a Mitsubishi Outlander, because the guy I originally asked for was out. I came unannounced. I am glad I did though because when I arrived to look at a Mitsubishi Outlander, they had to jump-start the vehicle just so I could drive it! Awful!! The car was extremely dirty! Had bodily fluids from the nose on steering wheel and someone's new hair cut in center console. I was offended that they would even let someone sit in the vehicle! DO NOT GO THERE!!! More
