I made the two+ hour trip up there from Durham to take a look at the vans and she was waiting at the door to help. The showroom was clean and organized and though it was not busy on a weekday afternoon the sales staff seemed busy doing other things as opposed to hanging out with small talk. After a test drive and no pressure, I decided to purchase the Routan and again it was refreshing not to go through the usual "add ons" that most dealers attempt on the backend and I made an offer that was accepted. I was a happy camper and made the trip back in the new van. The customer service from Emily was very good and she seemed genuinely interested in my needs. The value was excellent.
