Knowledgable and friendly sales folks Colton was great to work with from beginning to end. I had no idea what I wanted when I got there but he helped me figure it out without any pressure Colton was great to work with from beginning to end. I had no idea what I wanted when I got there but he helped me figure it out without any pressure and with a huge amount of patience. I was there for about 6 hours and I looked at about 5 cars. He handled my fickle nature with calm and grace and I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and making sure that I had all I needed. I briefly mentioned during a test drive that I was interested in the same car we test drove with a different interior color. He remembered and as soon as the car become available he let me know right away, and had the car cleaned and ready for a test drive once I made it to the dealership after work. Great Service! Evan and Rudi gave me amazing customer service when assisting me with my 2016 Jetta. They were both kind and professional and spent time with me liste Evan and Rudi gave me amazing customer service when assisting me with my 2016 Jetta. They were both kind and professional and spent time with me listening to what I was really looking for. Evan made sure to take the time to show me all of the features on the car since many of the them were different from my previous Jetta. They made the experience very easy and I was in and out of the dealership in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that would have made it better would be that they did not play Christian music in the dealership. I do not want religion pushed on me while I am looking to buy a car.( This is obviously not Evan or Rudi's fault-but I did want to point this out) Again, I do want to emphasize that Evan and Rudi were great and I would highly recommend them! There was no pressure or direction to look at pricey cars over lower priced cars but honest information. We talked about price, negotiated and come to an agreement we both could live with. I truly believe, none of this happens if we aren't directed to work with Butch. His extensive knowledge, background in auto industry and friendly personality made the sale.
