So Happy with my XC60! We visited Paramount to test drive a specific vehicle. Ernie Masche had the vehicle ready for us. He stayed in touch, and let us know when other vehicles we may be interested in were available. Again, at no time did we feel pressured. We test drove a second vehicle several weeks later, and loved it, and purchased it! We dealt with Ben in finance, and his approach was assertive, and dismissive of our requests. What began as a great experience, ended on a somewhat sour note. However, after a month of driving my Volvo XC60, I am still loving the car, and would recommend seeing Ernie for your next car purchase! More
