I was hesitant to drive an hour to test drive a car; however, Ernie scheduled an appointment when it was convenient for me. After test driving, I had to have my husband drive the car at a later time and there was no pressure (unlike other dealerships we had visited). Along the way we had several questions, and Ernie was always quick to respond to texts we sent him. At the end, we bought an XC90 and love it.
