I had the same experience with my last purchase which is why I came back for a second time. Rudy, the sales manager, is always professional and easy to work with. Servicing my vehicle has always been painless and top notch. Chad and Valerie from the service department always go above and beyond when I come in for routine maintenance. The dealership sends out regular service coupons which I take full advantage of. I will definitely be back to Paramount VW for my next vehicle. More
