I was certainly surprised when my spouse and I rolled onto the lot at Porsche of Hickory. Colton was very professional and took his time showing us several cars. The car I was interested in was a bit dirty and I wanted to see the car clean so I could check for nicks and dents. Colton took the car and washed it himself with his own money he never hesitated. That's service you just don't get nowadays. Colton never pressured me to buy he simply answered all of my questions and there were a lot and allowed me to make a decision on my own time. When I purchased the car the dealership was completely full I had to wait a little to sign over the paperwork. Didn't matter as everyone kept updating me and didn't just stick me in a corner. Once I got to sign Ben was super nice and not hurried even though they had closed 2 hours prior. Top notch staff. I will certainly buy here again. More

Great dealership, very nice people, wonderful experience I seen a car online and liked it so I decided to make a trip up there to look at it in person, I arrived and found the car and was greeted shortly aft I seen a car online and liked it so I decided to make a trip up there to look at it in person, I arrived and found the car and was greeted shortly after by the sales associate. He was very nice and very helpful with the car, they had a typo with the price of the car which ended up in my favor and even though it wasn't what they had shown online they honored what they had there. We were taken inside and offered refreshments and then took our seats in the sales associates office. We got through the paperwork quickly and was leaving with our new car in no time. Im only giving a 4 star due to some computer issues that prevented me from getting my tag within my 30 day limit. This isn't really the dealerships fault but it's been fairly inconvenient for me having to make several trips up there to have my car inspected again More

Butch Walters contacted me after a search on-line and did what it took to make the deal, even delivering my new vehicle though 3 hours away. It was clean and filled with gas before delivery to my driveway. This was important as I watch my granddaughter and travel would have been a challenge. I can't say enough good things about everyone at the dealership. LOVE my new Jeep. Would highly recommend Paramount. More
