I was expecting the standard test drive that I normally got at Kia and other facilities, basically, around the block. Not Ernie, he took me, I think, all the way to Georgia and maybe a bit further. None the less, it was far enough for me to fall in love with the car. I was scheduled to pick up the car on Tuesday. There seemed to be a little miscommunication with the service department on getting my car ready, but I was was still able to pick the car up as promised. I never imagined buying a car from a big dealership like this. Even though I was pre-approved with my bank, they finance dept still attempted to get me a better rate. I think Evan had about an hour of warning but he had the car out front and ready for a test drive when I got there. I ended up asking about other options before we found the best fit, and he was able to negotiate a great deal for me. I liked that I didn't need to haggle to find a good price- that's usually the most stressful part about buying a car. I ended up coming back to buy the car a couple days later, but there wasn't any unnecessary pressure to rush to a decision. I decided my own timeline. He also took his time to help me figure out the right financing option, as I didn't have much experience in the matter. It was really helpful to be able to shoot him texts whenever I had an idea or question and get a quick response. This is the first time I've purchased a car by myself so I had a lot of questions! Overall, Evan made the experience enjoyable- informative, well organized and stress-free. He also assured me he was only a phone call away even after the sale.
