Shocked The saleman wasn't truthful. He told me the Porsche I looked at was a lease and the man brought it back and traded for a Porsche with more power. On The saleman wasn't truthful. On the way back in I asked to see the Carfax and was told the car had been hit a little bit in the back. While there an Atlanta Porsche dealership called. The offered me a new "17 for $1000 more than the rear end damaged one. Then the creep had a nerve to ask why I eanrdwanted a Porsche since it was the most expensive in its class. Needless to say when I get my Porsche it will not be from paramount Porsche. You just cant teach class More
2017 GTI Sport Searched for months for an honest new VW Dealer. Finally, through TrueCar.com, found Paramount. Listed w/TC and found Parker Grove @ Paramount. Same Searched for months for an honest new VW Dealer. Finally, through TrueCar.com, found Paramount. Listed w/TC and found Parker Grove @ Paramount. Same day as contact, they delivered exactly for which I was looking. Unbelievable. No charge for delivery (100+ miles?), and discounted vehicle $5000. A distance transaction with (understandably) difficult logistics, paperwork, but well worth the search. This model is being disconntinued for 2018, and difficult to find. Had the vehicle 2 days, but only driven 7 miles (raining) and working. Hey, Parker, where do I mount the front license plate...Virgina requires them! Only minor problem so far with the car...I'm sure there is a resolution. Thank you, Parker. I'm a Vietnam Era veteran, and 28+ years sworn policed officer, retired (working easier work as security). I love German engineering. I pray all the reviews of this car are nearly true. I'm still driving a '99 Jetta TDI (110,000 miles) that gets locally 48-50 mpg...tire pressure needs checked and Marvel Mystery Oil needs to be used again.) Sales experience The experience was good. Parker was aggressive early to help me learn about the vehicle and in pricing the vehicle. He also sold my wife on the car The experience was good. Parker was aggressive early to help me learn about the vehicle and in pricing the vehicle. He also sold my wife on the car when they met. He was very understanding and helpful throughout the process with our entire family, including 5 and 7 year old boys. Two disappointments are (1) the first I learned the car had over 3,000 miles on it was in the office signing the papers to buy the vehicle and (2) his lack of knowledge about the hybrid setup and other features of the car. Now looking back I better understand the pricing given the mileage and, based on a bit of research, I understand the hybrid optimization is very complicated. All that to say, I'd do it all over again, but I do think there are things you all can do to improve the experience as well. More
