Several years ago my mother bought a new Kia from here and the experience was a positive one. Due to that fact I looked into this dealership as well when I was recently in the market. I had been to other and the experience was a positive one. Due to that fact I looked into this dealership as well when I was recently in the market. I had been to other dealerships beforehand and the experiences went from not great to just plain bad. So when thinking about checking out Paramount I decided to look at the reviews to see if any sales person in particular stood out most recently and I kept seeing such wonderful things said about Celia. So I asked for her specificly and I am so glad I did. She made the whole process nothing but a pleasant one and our last experience purchasing from a car lot (Carmax Gastonia) was quite litterally a nightmare. Instead Celia tries so diligently to make your dream come true and that's exactly what she did for us every single step of the way. There were no instances where she told us one thing and then we found out it was actually another. She took everything I wanted into consideration and really tried her best to get it for us and she delivered! We had talked so many times for so long that I feel I really got to know what a genuinely kind, caring, patient, understanding, thoughtful and all around beautiful human being she is and she uses that to help make people happy by making their car dreams come true.
