Our sales person did not give us the details of our car untill we were leaving. Thankfully we had previously done our homework and knew what we wanted. Other than that our experience was good and we are pleased with our purchase. We will recommend this dealership to our friends with this advise "give yourself plenty of time and know what you want before you go." More
I was very pleased with my purchase from Paramount. I visited the dealership the day before looking for a replacement for my Jeep. I saw an older Jeep on the lot with a good price. I spoke with a salesman about offers I had already been made for my current car. He said he believed he could meet the price. The next day I returned to drive the car and possibly purchase. The whole experience was positive. There was no hassle and the price wasn't changed due to "hidden fees". The salesman was very upfront and honest about the deal I could get. I appreciated the honesty. I would recommend the dealership to a friend. My husband went back the next week and traded his car for a 2012 Golf TDI. The experience was the same. Good price, no hassle, and friendly service. We will go back when the time comes to trade our current cars. More

Our daughter totaled our kia rio, so a friend gave us their uncle's old '92 olds. needless to say we had the car in repairs for most of the year we had it. we decided to go back to the kia dealership bec their uncle's old '92 olds. needless to say we had the car in repairs for most of the year we had it. we decided to go back to the kia dealership because we have a sadona and have never had any major repairs done to it. only regular maintance. we asked to speak to the sales man who sold us our first kia, but he recommend aimee to us. he was right she was so pleasent and helpful. we only had to deal with her and the guy in finance. only 2 people. i love it. we found a car that was great and fit into our budget. I had a great experience at Paramont Kia in Hickory. We have been looking at new car for a while before we went to Kia. To tell the truth I did not want to get a Kia but I test drove the Kia Sorento and lo have been looking at new car for a while before we went to Kia. He was very friendly and listen to our needs in a new car. He also knew details about the cars he was selling. We had went to previous dealerships before and ask about different features on a vehecal and the sales person couldn't tell you much or stubbled through the answer. My experence at Paramont Kia was great and I love my new Kia Sorento. Thanks Brent Huffman for making me a Kia customer! More

I found a fairly good price on a Kia Sorento on line and attempted to get some additional information from the the salesman at the dealership. I wanted to know how many vehicles they had with 4WD and what attempted to get some additional information from the the salesman at the dealership. I wanted to know how many vehicles they had with 4WD and what the prices might be with accompanying specifications. I made initial contact on line with a chat program on Paramount's website. I got some canned response e-mails but nothing along the line of what I needed. FINALLY, after five days, I did get a response that told me the stock number of a vehicle meeting my specs. After viewing the car on line, I had some questions concerning price. An answer to my questions was not forthcoming. I continued to receive canned mails. I made an appointment to go to the dealership after a few of my questions were answered. Finally, on the fifth day, I did find out some additional info but not what I had asked, so I again asked for specific pricing info. After receiving NOTHING for two more days, I canceled my appointment. THEN the salesman called and tried to find out some more info from me. I told him I was out of the market. He then read my e-mails, so he says, and provided some more info but not specifically what I had asked about. The most ridiculous part of his info was his quote of a "document fee" of $693!!! That is absolutely ridiculous and is nothing more than ADDITIONAL DEALER PROFIT! Stay away from these people - they are only out to rip you off!!! More
