Saw a Titanium 2012 Forte Koup (manual trans) on the lot Sat night after they were closed & sent email on Sun. Spoke w/Jim Moir about it numerous times on Mon morning. We drove over 60 miles to BUY, only Sat night after they were closed & sent email on Sun. Spoke w/Jim Moir about it numerous times on Mon morning. We drove over 60 miles to BUY, only to be told that the car had actually been sold to another dealer's "customer" on Sat. afternoon. This car was STILL on the SALES LOT!!!! I called that particular Columbia SC Kia dealer to confirm. IRONICALLY, 4 days later - that SAME Forte Koup is listed on the Galeana Kia's website - SAME VIN NUMBER!!!! More
Paramount is a large multi line dealership and we were able to easily check several competing models at the same location. I called first thing Monday morning and the receptionist took my information and she had Jim call when they cleared their sales meeting. He took my information on the car we were interested in and promised to call me right back with more information. Jim was true to his word and gave a great overvue and we set up a test drive. Long story short, we bought the car, Jim gave us the $.25 tour and was a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. Car was detailed and full of gas and my wife loves it. Cheers Bob W. More

I used their online per-approval tool and got a response immediately and a phone call from the customer care department withing just a few minutes. The only set back we had was not due to dealer but rather a lender issue and getting the desired interest rate we were hoping to get. The dealer did shop through the lenders and find us the lowest rate possible at the time. After purchasing the vehicle I have received several follow ups from the dealership and paramount kia staff. Paramount kia made the purchasing experience very easy and comfortable and I would recommend them over other kia dealerships that I have dealt with. More
My wife and I drove 2.5 hours from Raleigh, NC to purchase our 2011 Optima EX from Paramount Kia. We found out they were the only dealer in NC to still have an EX turbo in Satin White. This is such a purchase our 2011 Optima EX from Paramount Kia. We found out they were the only dealer in NC to still have an EX turbo in Satin White. This is such a popular car that there isn't much negotiating when it comes to price, but Paramount still had a better sticker price for this car than a local dealer that we considered. Plus, we were able to use one of the loyalty incentives, and feel we got a good deal. We had spoken with Patrick the night before, and he verifed the Optima was still available. He also suggested we go ahead and do the online financing approval to help move the paperwork along. This was a good idea. We arrived at the dealer around 11:30 that morning and drove our Optima off the lot at 2:00 that afternoon. Patrick had made sure the vehicle was cleaned up, and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. Everything went smoothly, we couldn't we more pleased. Since we have brought the vehicle home, Patrick has already emailed us and called to see if we have any questions and if we are enjoying our new car. I would definitely recommend Paramount Kia and Patrick to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
