From the moment I first contacted them via live chat through their website I was treated with respect and care. I gave them my financial background and trade information and was given an appointment fo through their website I was treated with respect and care. Normally I am hesitant to work with car dealers because of how stressful and discouraging it can be given my credit history and lack of knowledge for purchasing automobiles. They completely debunked any previous experience I had. In the past I've walked away with a headache, a sour stomach and an overall bad feeling of wondering if I just did the right thing or did they see me coming from a mile away! None of that was present at Paramount Kia. Phily Philyaw displayed a level of customer service that belied his years. He was attentive to my concerns and my wants and in the end delivered what has come to be my most favorite car ever! And I was driving a Caddie before this Kia! Had to purchase 2nd key, had less than 1/4 tank of gas upon delivery, added extended warranty without my permission costing me larger payments for less time. Jason was very rude and didn’t want to work with us. Apparently I wasn’t worth his time. I don’t feel it is unreasonable for me to look at various models to find what I like. No, my credit isn’t the best… However, I didn’t want to misinform or exaggerate my credit score, it’s not bad. The fact that I like to generally like to take care of my things and keep them for a while; how dare me go ahead and fault me. Marsha was very nice and apologized profusely for his horrible and poor customer service. “That type of behavior isn’t condoned under their policies,” she said. I do hope this was brought to his attention. I might very well bring my business back. However, I feel their prices are pretty high for the mileage of their product and I also feel that the tale of mileage was stretched. I’ll admit I am not well versed in cars, but 40MPG on a midsize car seems somewhat unrealistic. My appoligieze for wanting to shop around and get an idea of what I am looking for before investing $20,000 into something. Yes, I would love to spend less than $10,000… but I have yet to set a budget because I haven’t decided what I want. Isn’t that nice to be able to do that....funny how not taking the time and being rude will take money by prejudging people will make you lose out.
