My husband and I decided while we were waiting ,we would just take a look around to kill time. We had jokingly discussed getting new vehicle... Patrick was great, answered all our questions. More important,he listened. When it was time for the test drive, turned it over to me, as the primary vehicle driver, not my husband. He understood my happiness with the vehicle would be the most important. Can honestly say, that although MY last 2 cars were from the same dealership, this was the first time the salesman thought about MY experience behind the wheel. Would recommend this dealership!! As I said, have now bought 3 cars from them. We live approx 40 miles away near Charlotte and it is worth the drive. More

In the past five years this is the third KIA I have purchased from Paramount KIA in Hickory, NC and each of my purchases exceeded my expectations. I have been very pleased with the overall value of eac purchased from Paramount KIA in Hickory, NC and each of my purchases exceeded my expectations. I have been very pleased with the overall value of each vehicle which probably brought me back the second time, but the helpfulness of the staff brought me back for my third vehicle. I highly recommend Paramount KIA and especially my "car guy" Patrick Butler for any of your new or used vehicle needs. More

Based on my experience with Ted, I would not recommend this dealership. He was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in with a specific purpose, to test drive to different vehicles so that I could see what this dealership. He was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I went in with a specific purpose, to test drive to different vehicles so that I could see what I liked and didn't liked. He cared more about the sale and not me as a customer. He continued to ask what was my trade in and what did I want to finance. This is not how you start a sale. I didn't want to talk about this b/c I was unsure what I wanted. I asked for a new salesperson, Phillip, who was fantastic. I was told later that Phillip said to Ted that I did not want to work with him and Ted said, Well, I don't want to work with her either. Phillip and I were both flabbergasted. I couldn't believe it. Don't be in sales if you're not a people person. Phillip...I HIGHLY recommend. Ted...NEVER. More

Ted was very knowledgable regarding the automobile he was showing to me. He gave me much more valuable information during my visit @ Paramount Kia than I got when I bought a vehicle from Paramount Hyundai, showing to me.
