I would like to express how great the car is that I purchased from Paramount Automotive (Paramount Kia) and it's dealership and salesman! The salesman was great (Jim Richardson). I live a little over an hour away from the dealership and Mr. Richardson kindly drove the car to me so I could look and test drive it. I brought my 2012 Sorento in to Paramount a bit ahead of its scheduled maintenance. I did so because of what I perceived as a problem which was a noise coming from the console. On the day of my appointment its scheduled maintenance. I did so because of what I perceived as a problem which was a noise coming from the console. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by Joel and he wrote the work order up and I also got the maintenance work done as well as a car wash to wash away the winter road salt. I was also greeted by Preston who I always enjoy talking with and catching up with all the latest local events and news. I was given a ride to the mall where I stayed for two hours John picked me promptly at the appointed time and brought me back to the service department. My car was ready. It had been cleaned and serviced. The noise which I thought was a problem was normal and turned out not to be a problem according to the service tech. Joel instructed me to keep an eye out or in my case an ear out if it got louder or changed in anyway to bring it back and they would change out the part. At this time I am satisfied with the work performed by everyone at Paramount Kia service and recomend Paramount to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. R Bowman More

Cathy Rivas is great. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. She answered everyone of our questions before we even thought to ask it. She showed us how to operate all the new gadg experience we have ever had. She answered everyone of our questions before we even thought to ask it. Salesman was the best ever, planning on a lifelong relationship with him when I buy my next vehicle. When it came to signing the contract, the guy wouldn't give me a minute to just pray and feel good relationship with him when I buy my next vehicle. My husband sensed what I needed and got him involved in a conversation so that I could have those few moments that I needed to feel God's reassuring presence. I then signed all the paperwork and now own a beautiful 2012 Sorento that I absolutely adore. Thank you for your help and support. One more thing: I am very impressed by the magazines and signage hanging around your business that refers to and completely supports 106.9 The Light.
