Speaking with Phillip before we came into the dealership he was very helpful. When we met him at the dealership he was very friendly new what we wanted. Worked with Mike on my purchase he was new to sales. Even though he was new he was Really good at following up and making sure to take care of all my questions, concerns that I had. Only thing that I didn't like was the was the finance person can remember his name (young guy)that finished my paper work, He was NOT friendly no introduction or eye contact basically he acted like he was pissed ( maybe he couldn't sell extended warranty). He needs to be in wash bay dept or working for DMV, he not a person that I would consider working with the public. More

I had had a really rough time with a very shady dealership and I was a nervous wreck after buying two horrible cars from that past dealership and they were more than understanding. My experience was horrendous with this dealer. I went in to buy a car and was originally told that my financing did not go through. I left the dealership disappointed but okay. They called me back less than to buy a car and was originally told that my financing did not go through. I left the dealership disappointed but okay. They called me back less than 30 minutes later and told me it worked out and I could get the car. I took it home and drove it for 3 weeks. It was registered in my name and the tag was issued to me and it was in my insurance. I had signed paperwork even. Then 3 weeks later they called and made me bring it back saying that the financing did not go.through. Never deal with them. More
I went there looking at a car I had saw online, but was immediately steered away from the $6600 car to one that was nearer to $12,000, I presume because the sales man wanted a bigger commission. I knew right out the gate that I didn't have the best credit in the world, knew what I could afford. But that didn't matter as the sales man seemed to have his own agenda. we constantly had to repeat things to him and not just twice but 4 and 5 times. I had filled out an application before I came in but that just seemed to be a way to get you on the lot. We wasted a whole afternoon being put through the ringer only to be turned down for the $12,000 vehicle, which I knew and said we would be. I will never step foot on or buy anything foot any Paramount lot again. More
