Matt put us at ease immediately, asking about what we were looking to buy and how much we wanted to spend. This dealership is very different. There is no pressure, and they allow you time to think about your purchase and review the paperwork. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I appreciated that greatly. I love my car and have driven it now for four months. Sorry for the late review, but I procrastinate! I would definitely choose Matt and Paramount Kia of Hickory again for any vehicle purchases. I knew I wanted to buy a used Kia thanks to the brand's reliability, fuel economy, and overall quality, and I was specifically interested in a Kia Soul, but unsure if I'd be able to find one in my budget. So even though I was open to any Kia model, when I saw the Kia Soul (which I eventually bought thanks to it being in my price range) and took it for a test drive, I was a goner. There was no other car for me. During the entire process, Justin was personable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He even put up with my goofy dad, which is amazing. There were no high pressure tactics, no tricks used to make me feel if I didn't buy, I'd be missing out. Basically, it was the most pleasant car buying transaction I've ever been through--highly recommended! More

They did not have one in stock but was able to find two at another dealership. It was worth the wait while they worked their magic to secure this car for me. It is a 2017 Kia Forte S white with dark interior. I would highly recommend this dealership. Kia's also have the best warranty of any car on the market. More
