Excellent Experience I came to the dealership to look a used 2013 Kia Sorento. Cathy immediately treated me like I was purchasing a new vehicle. She was extremely knowledg I came to the dealership to look a used 2013 Kia Sorento. Cathy immediately treated me like I was purchasing a new vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered my questions. I noted that the windshield wiper fluid was low and instead of telling me she's take care of it if I bought the car, she drove it over to the service center where it was remedied immediately. I was nervous about buying from a dealership as others had not been so kind. However, I felt comfortable during the entire process and got the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
