I was greeted by David Hoover, who was pleasant from the start. David seemed very genuine down to earth and wasn’t pushy like other sales representatives I’ve worked with in the past. He asked me what I was looking for And I told him. He worked very diligently making sure I was a happy customer when I left. I had a wonderful experience and I appreciate The work that went into getting me in the car that I want it. The overall dealership was very clean and very professional. The customer service was amazing as well. I even got a follow up call from Kathy just to congratulate me on my new purchase and to check to see if I had any questions or concerns. I just bought a 2020 KIA Telluride from Paramount KIA in Hickory NC. I had been texting/speaking with Peter Bailey over the last month or so to give him an idea of what I was looking for. Always ready to help. Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a terrible crash last week. The car was destroyed inside and out and I sustained only minor cuts and bruises. Mr. Hoover was available, ready and willing to help me push through the process of replacing my car and we did it in less than one week. Mr. Hoover is experienced, polite and always fun to talk with.
