Always ready to help. Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a Two years ago I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima with the assistance of Mr. David Hoover. I was very happy with my car, but unfortunately destroyed it in a terrible crash last week. The car was destroyed inside and out and I sustained only minor cuts and bruises.
