I am so happy for my purchase of a 2020 Kia Forte GT line. I had recently been in a accident and my car is totalled, I have dealt with insurance and it has been a nightmare. I bought my Van from Paramount Kia ten years ago. I received great service and loved my van. I came back because I wanted another Kia and trusted Paramount Kia. I was greeted by David Hoover, who was pleasant from the start. David seemed very genuine down to earth and wasn’t pushy like other sales representatives I’ve worked with in the past. He asked me what I was looking for And I told him. He worked very diligently making sure I was a happy customer when I left. I had a wonderful experience and I appreciate The work that went into getting me in the car that I want it. The overall dealership was very clean and very professional. The customer service was amazing as well. I even got a follow up call from Kathy just to congratulate me on my new purchase and to check to see if I had any questions or concerns. Great dealership. Not pushy. They were very upfront and fair with me. Randy, Tim & the finance team were super and very easy and down to earth. It was nice to have that hometown feel.
