This is a 2+ year review. This does not in any way reflect the buying experience. Our actual buying experience was good. First things first when we received our initial registration there was a wrong reflect the buying experience. Our actual buying experience was good. First things first when we received our initial registration there was a wrong name on it. We called and spoke with someone about the issue and were assured it would be fixed. This was repeated every time we received a renewed registration. To add salt to the wound we were told at 35k miles my vehicle needed a new engine, luckily this was covered under warranty only after proving that we always had the oil changed!! Fast forward to last week. My wife and I attempt to trade in our Kia and are told that yet again the title issue is not fixed. So we are stuck in limbo while again asking this dealership to fix THEIR mistake. We are given no offer of compensation of any kind even after having to make an additional car payment due to THEIR mistake... Their idea of helping is telling me that the dealership selling the new car should help or that I should contact my lienholder to have them forgive the payment!! UNBELIEVABLE!! More
