Chao made my buying experience better than I ever hoped for. There was no unsolicited phone calls and no pressure with sales. It was my wife's birthday and he even helped me surprise her. The finance office was great as well. I had a cash deal and was in and out very quickly. I wish all sales in the past had been this way.
