I give the dealership an overall positive grade if the salesmanI had, David Hoover, is an overall indication of their sales model, then they are on the right path from this customer’s view.. The one complaint I have is that a scratch repair was not up to par. Back to salesman Hoover, he was a pleasure to talk with. He made the negotiating painless compared to some past experiences.His easy going and personable manner made dealing with him a pleasure whether in car buying or otherwise. Thankful that he did not present a hard-nosed, not give an inch sales persona which would have been a deal breaker from the start. His high character and integrity came shining through.
