We already knew what we wanted - and had viewed models and trim lines extensively prior to hitting the dealership. Without knowing any of that, Jordan grabbed a set of keys and we headed out the door! Jordan was highly knowledgeable of not only the immense bells & whistles the X-Line offers, but also of the safety features the vehicle provides as well. He allowed us to ask questions as we came across them, express concerns with this or that, and stuck with us through a test drive! During our paperwork process Jordan showed his colors through and through. He was incredibly polite, personable, and made the entire process feel seamless. Once we were turned over to Brandon, the finance manager, our experience was once again a great one! Brandon reviewed multiple offers from different lenders with us, reviewed interest rates, penalties for paying early (or lack of!,) discussed how we could possibly move our payment date with the lender and went over the paperwork and packages that Paramount offered with great detail and let us decide for ourselves which would best fit our needs. Afterward, Jordan sat with us in our gorgeous new Telluride and walked us through, step by step, how to set up our Kia Access app and everything it has to offer. (Let me tell you the app is PHENOMENAL!) Both Jordan and Brandon provided us with their undivided attention from the moment we walked in through the minute we drove away. These gentleman made sure our questions were answered BEFORE any paperwork was discussed and truly made this car buying experience something to rave about. We got everything we wanted, and then some!
